Well, actually she wasn't! Whisperclaw, or Whisper the Wanderer as she was mostly known, was only pacing the warrior's den. The she-cat loved to play about within her own quarters. Her eyes roamed about, feeling restless. When was something bound to happen? Limping slightly from her injury, she lay down in her bed, closing her eyes momentarily.

Splashheart slowley walked into the warriors den and laid down in a corner away from the others. She had a long day hunting for the clan she loved. She had just became a warrior and had no friends so she alwase hunted alone. She lifted her head and looked at a cat she saw on the other side of the den. She had seen this cat before but never found enough strengh to go and say Hi. * I wonder if whisperclaw would be my friend * She thought. Then she laid her head down to wait till she could talk to whisperclaw, silently hoping that she could later become friends with whisperclaw.

Whisperclaw noticed Splashheart lay down hear her. Smiling slightly, she welcomed the newcomer. "Hello!" Her tone was warm and friendly.

Whisperclaw nodded. "Yes, it is." Her amber eyes smiled at the young cat. "So how is it that you came to RiverClan? I haven't seen you around Camp before."

"Um Well I guess You could say I was a loner but I did not like it I wanted a place I could call home" Splashheart replied sound ing more cheery " But I haven't been here that long and I have no friends" Splashheart laid her head down on her paws

"Ya I guess so" Splashheart raised her head"I normally hunt alone cause Lightkit is just a kit and can't do much with a warrior" "and I haven't been on any patrols"

A snow-white tom trotted into the warrior's den. He lay down heavily in his bed of moss, tired rrom his patrol. He was about to go to sleep when he spotted Splashheart and Whisperclaw. He nodded in greeting.

Whisperclaw nodded. "Or at least, she tried to kill Stormstar." Her eyes were lined with sadness. "Since I'm part of the jury, I am to decide with others whether she is guilty or innocent." A tear ran down her fur.

Whisperclaw shook her head, signaling she didn't want to talk about it. She simply knew that her mate, Stormstar, has his other mate Runningstream and his daughter Meadowpaw killed. Windstorm was like a daughter to him in time of need.
