Puddlekit looked at him. "Ofcourse not." she said. "I don't give up." she looked at her father. "I am going to be a strong warrior. Just like you and Mom." she said.

[hawkkit]

"Me too!" said Hawkkit as he stared at the tail.

[Rowan]

"Indded you will," Rowanpelt said cheerfully. "Mabey even better." He gave his kits a wink. "So, you going to give up on the attempt to catch my tail ye?" He said, preparing to move it at a moment notice.

[clearmoon]

Clearmoon walked up and licked his ear.

[Rowan]

Rowanpelt took his attention from the game to return the lick.. "So my dear, how is it being a mother? Not to stressful I hope." He commented, sounding cheerful and light.

"You only see these things as kits!"she replied,"You wait till their warriors risking their lives!"a flash of worry crossed her eyes.

[Rowan]

"My dear, I already see it and it scares me more than any rouge could."He said turning serious. "I shudder to think what kind of messes they'll get themselves into." He sighed. "But I doubt that anything we say or do will stop them from growing up." He shook his head in mock sadness, turning back to his joyful mood. "Shame they can't stay as kits.

She brightened up at that,"Yes, they would suck me dry!"She teased and batted him with a paw.

[Rowan]

He batted her back wth his own paw."Then you'd look like a skeleton!" He teased back.

She hissed playfully and jumped on his back,"Then I'd have to run around in the rain to get wet!"

[Rowan]

"If you ran I'd be forced to race you." Rowanpelt said, rolling to dislodge Clearmoon from his back."Then we'd all be wet."

[clearmoon]

"Yes a pity to ruin you wonderful looks!"She was dislodged and rolled on her back drmadically,"The I couldn't love you...."

[Rowan]

Rowanpelt shook his head. "Of course you could! For there is nothing that can hurt my good looks!" He said the last dramaticly. He placed a paw on her exposed belly. "Besides, I'd be more worried about your beuty rather than mine."

[clearmoon]

She felt his paw and knocked him over and land on top of him. "Oooo, my love is so hurtful."She licked him ear and jumped off,"I guess he doesn't love me!"She gave him a fake hurt look.

[Rowan]

"Oph!" He said when she sat on him."Dear one, how could I not love a she-cat of your beuty," He said slightly breathless. He stood as as she jumped off him, and licked her ear. "I am unworthy of such a mate as lovely as you." He said sadly, turning away.

[clearmoon]

Clearmoon was touched,"In that case, I must love you."Her eyes softened,"I do love you."

[Rowan]

"As do I."He said turning back to his mate."I love you with all my heart Clearmoon."

Clearmoon paded over and licked him and started to rub against him."I judged a book by it's pages."she mewed.

Rowanpelt smiled. "Did you like what you read?" He said rubbing her back.

"Yes,"she said,"I still do."

Rowanpelt gave her a happy look and licked her ear fondly. "I feel the same way." He said.

"I think we should turn in for the night."She glanced at her its,"They're tierd."she licked his muzzle.

[Rowan]

"I think we should to," Rowanpelt said returning her lick. He turned to the kits. "Time for bed little ones."

Clearmoon said,"Kits, go to Amberwind in the nursery and wait with her for me. I need to speak with you father."She gave a halfhearted growl to chase them away.
