Amberkit looked at the bush , a great deal on her mind.Her leader had gone to the thunderclan border to ask for help. Alone as always ,she thought. Quickly she scolded herself , for thinking only of her own troubles.She got up and went to the nursury , shivering as th snowflakes begain to fall.

As Amberkit walked into the nursery she smelled a strange scent. She could tell it was another cat , her fur bristled and she unsheathed her small claws. She knew she couldn't fight an intruder but , she could leave an impression. She waited in the nursery , hoping despreatly no enemy came.

Soon she no longer smelled the rouges scent.Courious she poked her head.She barely held back a squeak of suprise.All over the camp was Thunderclan cats. Wondering what was going on , she left the safty of the nursery and set out to find her leader.

She saw Icestar going to the medicine cats lair.She had never been inside there before and dared not make this her first time.She belived he leader was there and knew better than to interupt. Silently she crept to the back of the nursury hoping to hear some of the leaders conversation.

Amberkit went back to the nursury without anything interesting from the leaders.She sighed and decided not to go to the nursury.She turned around and left to go stare at the bushes , wishing for a friend.

Amberkit was sad, for Longkit was being givin to Thunderclan.She would now be the only kit in Windclan.She would miss Longkit, but she knew she'd be better off.But she would still miss her terribly.

Amberkit woke from her nap to a new smell in the camp.A warrior from shadow clan! She bunded to the leaders den and the smell grew stronger.She saw the cat and hissed poking her head into the den.

Amberkit walked back to her spot.The others would take care of the new cat.She looked at the bushes and wished she had a friend.Slowly she relaxed into sleep, lulled by the rustling of the leaves.

Amberkit awoke to a new scent.A new kit was in camp.She went over for further investigation of the stranger.

Amberpaw sat in her old thinking place. She sighed, I'm in trouble if anyone ever finds out about Hollow. She rolled ofer and looked at the stars. Well if no one knows about him then Dawnpaw can't take him away from you, wispered the dark side of her mind. She shook her head frowning. She rolled back onto her stomach. Instead of dwelling on thoughts of Hollow and Dawnpaw, she thought of this place. I haven't been here since Wingpaw joined the clan. She sighed as her thoughts turned back to Dawnpaw. Getting up she went to the Apprentices den.
