Amberpaw jumped into the air twisting to land on her back. She knocked the air out of Wingpaw, and gott up ready for a counter attack.

Wingpaw jumped up and launched herself at Amberpaw. getting only a slite tatste of her fur.

Amberpaw moved out of the way and as Wingpaw wemt past her she jumped on her back, bringing her crashing down.

Wingpaw rolled onto the ground causing Amberpaw to let go. wingpaw ran on to Amberpaws back this time and playfully batted her ears.

She got up quickly and pounced on Wingpaws back. When she rolled over she jumped off and put a paw on Wingpaw's exposed belly. She playfully swated at Wingpaw's ear.

"Dito," replied Amberpaw smiling. She looked up to see it was nearly nightfall. "Ummm .... I'm going to get some water and go hunting." Amberpaw said and got up and left.

"Well, hi there." Hollow said cheerfully at Amberpaw. She whipped around startled to find him there." My legs better, so I decided to come and see if I can join you." He explained, still grinning at her amazement. The rest of the clan was beggining to wake, at the smell of a strange new cat in the camp.

Wingpaw finally walked from her den where she was watching Hollow and Amberpaw talk. "Is this the reason that you've been hunting so often?"meowed Wingpaw in a teasing voice.

As Amberpaw blushed, Hollow looked at the young cat. He walked over and sat in front of her. He was larger then her and had scars from numerous fights. He smiled at her. "You know, you shouldn't tease someone larger than you." he said to the young apprentice.

He returned her glare. "Stop it Hollow." came a voice from behind Hollow. It was Amberpaw, glaring at both of them.

"And now, young one, who says Amberpaw and me are on such familiar terms?" Hollow asked the younger cat and began circiling her."We might just have learned each other's names. Apparently Amberpaw delivers plenty of fresh-kill after she goes out on a hunting mission." Hollow sat down in front of her. He was interested in how she would respond to this.

"Ah, you must be Silverstar."Hollow said smiling.He saw this was not what the Windclan leader wanted to hear."I'm here because I'd like to join your clan. I would of come sooner, you see, but a fox had other plans. I was hurt and had no way of coming here. Amberpaw here found me and helped nurse me back to health so I could join you." He smiled at her as his story came to an end. He hoped she would let gim join.

Hollow saw the fear and suspense behind Amberpaw's smile. He sighed to himself, for he too was worried about her. He licked her head and went to the leader's den. He had a few questios for Silverstar.

" He's a loner, son of two rouges." Amberpaw replied. "They were banished because of there ... relationship. They were from Riverclan and Windclan. They've traviled ever since then, going to where there's food or just where they want. Sometimes they help take down killer dogs and foxes. That's how his parents died, in a fight against a dog."
