"Oh,thankyou Wingpaw," meowed Dawnpaw. She walked over too Wingpaw and hissed in her ear, "I need to talk to you,where can I find you later?" Wingpaw looked concerned, "I'll be at tallgrass" she hissed in Dawnpaws ear. Then she walked out of the den.

Amberpaw walked in as dawn begn to show in the gray sky. "Umm, Wildheart," Amberpaw began timidly at the busy cat.
"What" was Wildheart's muffled reply.
"Could you give we some herbs for cuts?"Amberpaw asked hoping she wouldn't ask why.
"Here" Wildheart thrust a little bundle of herbs toward Amberpaw. Amberpaw thanked her and left to see Hollow.

Amberpaw blushed at Willowtails words. Lover? She hadn't thought Hollow liked her like that ....."Umm, I'm a apprentice, and am not allowed to have a lover or kits." She replied. "You know you should't be so mean. I'm not going to leave, and will find a way t calm that wicked tounge of yours." With this Amberpaw sat down.

Amberpaw looked closely at this cat and sighed."Why do you hate me so much? So what if Hollow likes me, I did find and help him when he needed help the most. Is that what makes you hate me so?" Amberpaw's wise eyes seemed to go straight though Willowtail.

Amberpaw gave Willowtail a serious look. "Being loyal doesn't mean being spiteful at the people who are trying to help you. Fireheart and Silverstream may not have liked what the other was doing, but they were still friendly with each otheer at times. So what is it about me that makes you so mad?"

"Lady ther's a story to that,"Hollowheart sad coming up behind silverstar."If you can leave your new found friend for a little while I'd be happy to explain." He looked to the three medical cats and said"I'm sure you can have him fixed up by the time our dear leader here comes back." he nodded to Silverstar and started to push her out of the den. While he was doing this he was telling her the long and complicated story behind Willowtail's presence.

Silentclaw opened his eyes and saw he was in a den full of cats. He tried to stand but when he did he fell back down. He started to panic when he saw the she-cat that was so like his leader, Blindstar. He relxaed and looked at the other cats. To his surprise, Hollow was there. It was the same loner who had stayed with them for a moon then just vanished. What's he doing here, he thought to himself.

Hollowheart looked closely at the new cat He looks familiar... he thought squinting his eyes at him. Then he rembered. "Silentclaw, what are you doing here?" he asked. When the cat looked down sadly, Hollowheart understood. "They're dead aren't they?" when the cat nodded Hollowheart asked "Is ... Sighingwind dead also?" Again the cat nodded. Hollowheart shook his head sadly.

Silentclaw nodded in the leader's direaction. I wonder what her name is, he thought to himself and looked at the other four cats. One was an apprentice and the others were.....His eyes widened in disbelief. This clan had THREE MEDICINE CATS! He thought there could only be one medicine cat in each clan.

P.S. He isn't afraid just surprised.
Silentclaw made three scratches in the dirt and pointed at some bundles of herbs. He then pointed back to the three scratches. I wonder if she understands, he thought to himself.
