Rowan looked at the carts. He had never seen so many. He hid in the bushes and was very afraid that he was lost. He knew that his father would be mad but he heard his father's name and came to listen.

Rowan looked sad. He had hoped that cats from clans would treat him the same. He was almost ready to be an apprentice and hoped that the clan cats would respect that. He knew it was because of his father, mother, or being a kittypet.
