Silentclaw saw her words. He didn't want to push her into saying something. "Come on," he said getting up. "There will be plenty of time to talk of dark things in the future. In the mean time you can introduce me to those three kits peeking at us though the entrance.'

(I hope you don't mind me bringing Hollow's relative's kits into this.)

Willowtail smiled at Silentclaw, gratefully.
"Come here Kits!" The three Kits rushed forward. "I would like you to meet Tigerkit, the little dark tabby, Darkkit, the gray tabby, and Nightkit, the black one. Kits, this is Silentclaw. Now I must take them to Nightpelt, they need milk." Willowtail hurried off with the Kits and returned a minute later.

She smiled again at Silentclaw. But her smile faultered.
"You know what I was going to say, don't you?"

Silentclaw smiled, sympathy in his eyes. "I know." he said and licked her ear fondly. "I .. haven't heard a that word in a long time." He smiled sadly then shook his head. "It will never stop hurting I suppose, but we must move on or risk getting trapped in the past." He looked at Willowtail meaningfully. "If you love me, then I will return it as strongly as i can." He blushed slightly at his words.

Willowtail began to groom Silentclaw, the love showing in her eyes. He was so kind to her. Guiltily, she remembered Hollowheart, but he had only loved her like a brother loves a sister and she would return that brotherly love.
"I love you, Silentclaw." She whispered.

"Help!" Coldkit squeaked.

[Willowtail]

Willowtail was instantly alert. She raced up to the stricken Kit and whispered comforting words in it's ear.
"Where does it hurt?"

Silentclaw walked up beside Willowtail. "I'm here if you need me." He said and leaned close to Willowtail whispering in her ear. "I love you to."

[Willowtail]

Willowtail nodded. But she kept her gaze on the Kit. "Coldkit, where does it hurt?" Willowtail asked.

[stoneclaw]

"I'm col-" he was noe freezing. "-old." he said. Stonekit bounded into the med cat's den. Round couris(sp?)azul orbs looked upon her brother and the Med. cat. "ColdKit?" she whispered. A never ending fire blazes in the heart of him. The perfect Warrior.A perfectly portponded Stonekit looked at the warriors standing behind him. "Is he OK?" she asked, concurn burned in her azul orbs, She loped towards her brother. She lay ontop of him, trying to warm him.

[Willowtail]

"He is just cold," Willowtail soothed. She rapped herself around the hairless bundle. "He will stay with me tonight." She whispered to Stonekit.

"Can I stay, with you?" she asked.

"No Stonekit. I'm sorry but my Den will be over-crowded. What with myself, little Coldkit and big old Silentclaw!" She meowed.

"I could move." Silentclaw said. "I wouldn't want to keep brothers away from each other."

[Willowtail]

"No-. . .I mean No. Silentclaw Coldkit will need the extra warmth."

[Silentclaw]

Silentclaw nodded. "As long as it's not an inconveinence."

Azul gaze stared at th' ground. "It will be differnt with out with his annoyingness," sh' said saddly, as though sh' missed 'im. "I'm tired," sh' said as she walked out of th' 'en. Stoneclaw had to get away. Sh' was drowning in thoughts of 'er dead mother. It had no effect on Coldkit, 'e barely knew 'er. There had ot be something for greif.

Silentclaw ran into the den. "Willowtail, Mooneye needs help." He said into the darkness.

[Willowtail]

"What happened?" Willowtail asked sleepily. She had been taking a nap and was tired.

Windchaser followed in. She was rather confused that her mother needed help and worried. She had just come in from hunting and pricked her paw. "Willowtail." she called out. "I need some medicine, but please help Mooneye first." she said worried.

[Silentclaw]

"She was attacked by a rouge," He said simply. "I patched her up the best I could but she needs a medicine cat." He backed up so there would be room for Willowtail to get out.

"How bad was she hurt" she said jumping up. "I will come with you." she said stubbornly. She had to see if her mom was allright.

[Silentclaw]

"Badly and I have no problem with that." He turned back to Willowtail. "We have to go now if she is to stand a chance."

Windchaser got up to follow him.

Mooneye came in, her eye still bleeding."Willowtail are you here?"Asked Mooneye.

Still later.

A cat walked into the den as silent as a shadow. He smelled like a rouge and probally didn't look much better. He immeditaly went to the shadows of the den to wait for Willowtail to come in.

Willowtail pressed cobwebs onto Moonstar's wounds and gave her a few poppyseeds to make her sleep.
