On this site do the leaders and Starclan pick the members with more posts and stuff for deputis in all? Or do they pick a name that they like?
I mean lets say I have 2 thousand posts, and someone has 500, but they get the position, I don't think that's fair, does this site do that?

Our staff is very nice and very fair,I am sure they take alot of time to pick what person is to be the next staff member.If I had a guss I would think they chose by first looking how he/she posts, then check grammer, the post, then how much they come on.They is just a hanch though,I hope you join the site!!!

I agree, there all really nice, and if your grammer is good, posts lengthy and your active, I think they'd take a look at you.

Yes, the staff do it by activity. Why, we have some fine members that have over a thousand posts, but do not ever get on anymore. It is done my grammar [especially for Brownstar and Dragonstar], roleplay abilities, lengthy posts, and how long you've been on the site, and your contributions.
