She just sat there and sobbed. Then she looked at him with big wet round eyes. She was always tough. She had only one soft, tender spot, that really hurt everytime it was poked.

Eventually she stopped. All she could do was ask Nightheart,"Why them?" I hope Starclan knows how much I miss them. Can they hear me? Are they still kits, no they must be Starclan apprentices, BOY I MISS THEM.*sigh*

Fragment relised that she didn't belong here, everyone seemed to get along with. BEsides her. Fragment turned away from the two cats and started to trot off. She wanted to say goodbye, but then again- noone would notice her anyways. [/glow]

Nightheart noticed the pale she-cat walking off.
"Goodbye fragmentpaw..Let starclan be with you and the best for your clan..See you soon.." she called after her hopeing she would hear.

"Where are you going?*sniff sniff* Get back here you silly smelly furball." Deadheart just half-laughed because it was kinda funny. "Don't think you can just sneak off. Besides you still have to help me cover everyone's scent when we depart." She was still sad and her eyes were still big and watery. She would have to clear her thoughts and become tough again before she returned to camp. No one needs to see her wead and vulnerable.

"Well, one roll around everywhere our scent might be noticed, two play in the mud, three find some flower petels and leaves and spread them all over the ground. It would be great if you would help, It won't be easy." She said, and she was trying to find a reason to hate Nightheart or to find a reason to fight with him, so she might get in her bad mood again, so no one will take advantage of her one weakness.

He rolled his eyes at the fact that deadheart thought that he could not do all them things,After all he was a warrior.

"Don't sas me you stupid furball. I am not blind. I meant that I needed your help getting them." She said this with a start as to why she should hate him.

"Fine then where should i go ?"He said with cockyness.
He sat down and started cleaning his paws.

"Go and check the forest for leaves. I'll cover my self in mud and then sling it over everywhere, then after you leave I'll roll around everywhere and that'll make my scent seem stronger and way newer than your scent." She waited for a reply. She decided that she didn't like him because of his smell. Even if it was a stupid reason to hate him, it was all she needed.

He turned to face the direction of the forest.

he was getting grumpy himself .

"Not particularly. Just leaves. Maybe---- Wait I think I hear something. Do you hear it?" Deadheart asked the last part in a whisper. Maybe she's just hearing things. Wouldn't be the first time.

"Um.....never mind. It's probably just my hearing again." But even then Deadheart was sure it was something. Then she heard it again. "Ok. I am NOT hearing things. It sounded like a deep growl. Um......I'm gonna go over there, wanna come?" Deadheart sure was nevouse about whatever it was. But it did sound big.

Nightheart hoped that the cat would go away,Who might find out about he being on shadowcaln terriotriy!!
He followed deadheart with no fear as he trusted in his large claws.

Deadheart went and hid under a bush keeping a watchful eye out for anything. She started to tremble a little when it sounded again, but this time closer. It sounded hungry.

Then out of no where this enormous dog came out from behind them. Startled Deadheart jumped back until she was a good 50 tail lenghts away from the beast. She was too oblivious to find out where Nightheart went. She only hoped that he was with her.

Nightheart stalked behind the dog sliently knowing this dog was going down

Deadheart was not usually afraid, but this dog was huge! She decided the only thing she could do was attack. When she noticed Bloodclaw from behind the dog she knew that she only had a few seconds to make a plan.

Nightheart lauched a attack on the dog from behind ripping its fine fur with his killing claws.
The dog yelped in pain .
Nightheart was diffrent in battle-Fire burned in his eyes hatred teared though his heart...

At this first movement she jumped in. She couldn't tell left from right or up from down. All she was doing was trying to bite and scratch anything she could reach. She could feel the dogs huge muscles, boy he was creepy. One of the only other things she feared most was BIG dogs.

The dog nipped Nighthearts leg,he fell off the dog but instead of fear in his eyes-The fires of hell burned.
He launched himself at the dog again tearing skin,Muscle,Fur whatever was in his way

Deadheart fought with all her might. She was getting tired. It had been a long day. The dog grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and threw her across the ground. She tried to stand up but couldn't. With one last effort she jumped back into the fight and flicked with her tail to Nightheart to signal him for a team bite for death. She only could hope he seen it as she reached for his neck.

Nightheart saw the signal-he only knew that it meant for his father had taught it to him.
He leaped towards the dogs neck and bit.The sharp teeth went deep,But deep enough?

The last few moments of life the dog had in him were spent trying to throw of the cats. He had managed to throw Deadheart into a rock though. She struggled to maintain consiousness and succeded. Where was Nightheart? Is he ok. She tried to get up to find him but couldn't.

Nightheart jumped out of a bush full of live as if nothing had happened.
He and a fair few wounds but that wasnt stoppinging him.
"How are you? are you okay?"He mewed.
The fire in his eyes was still burning he had a aura of madness about him.
