Badgerpaw had just gotten his herb gathering done and was going to see how is daughter was doing when he herd Drizzlekit and Shadowstone talking.Badgerpaw felt cold to the very tips of his paws, how could Drizzlekit mistake Shadowstone to be her father? Badgerpaw felt his claws slid into the dirt and his pelt prickled uncontrolably, no way was he going to let Shadowstone steal his daughter away just like Starclan did to him with Goldenpaw.
Badgerpaw quickly walked into the nursery with his teeth baired, he tryed to calm down but couldn't.Badgerpaw took a deep breath before walking into the midle of things,he quickly gave Drizzlekit a loving lick and wraped his tail around her,"How are you doing Drizzlekit?" he asked ignoring SHadowstone

Sunset got up out of her mossy bed, and walked over to drizzlekit, and wrapping her tail around herself, "Hello boys" she mewed, as she pulled drizzlekit closer to her, "Badgerpaw, how are things?" she mewed, she narrowed her eyes at badgerpaw, "Badgerpaw, may I speak with you" she mewed sweetly, as she walked out of the den, her stomach was looking as if it was about to *pop*

Badgerpaw felt his pelt slowly stick back down on his back, his eyes sofened at the wise she-cat he knew as a friend."Yes Sunset" he whisperd and slowly followed the she-cat. |

"Badgerpaw, I will tell drizzlekit that you are her father, but right now, shadowstone...hasn't got anything else to love, he misses yarrowkit dearly, and it hurts him to see that he can't be there for her, but now let him just look up to the kit like she was yarrowkit" she mewed, and set her tail on badgerpaw's shoulder, "Your a very dear friend badgerpaw, and I care for you alot, please don't get upset with him" seh whispered, she stared into his eyes, and felt the pain he must feel to see his daughter being watched by another tom, "Don't worry" she meowed and licked his forehead.

"Badger" screamed Drizzlekit with joy. "Where have you been I missed you so much. Oh I have a message from mom. Never lose your will to live it will be a while until the Golden sun and Badger of the Wind share tongues again" meowed Drixxlekit.

Drizzle's tail was dropping and her head was hung low. "Badgerpaw I met Goldenpaw she turned my ears red. I wonder if the rest of me will follow?"

Drizzlekit stared at Badger. "Was that why you disobeyed the warrior code you had me with Goldenpaw and she died giving birth. You broke her heart. It's your fault she died" hissed Drizzlekit. The relazation and come upon her suddenly.

Badgerpaw felt his fur begain to brisle, he was stunned, how did his daughter know about Goldenpaw and his story?Badgerpaw's eyes slowly turned into an emotionless stare, "Sunset please take care of this...thing...while I get as far away from it as I can" he hissed and stalked out of the nursery {Not again  } |

Little did Badgerpaw know someone was following him. "Badgerpaw stop" meowed the sweet voice of Goldenpaw. Her voice was gentle yet commanding and full of love.
Drizzle's tail dropped again. She hung her head and held back stinging biting tears.

"Hush I know. Badgerpaw I love you and I think I know what will cheer you up. Be kind to her Badgerpaw she doesn't understand she is just a kit about a moon old. I might have told her too soon. I wish I could come back I wish I could but I think she blames herself also for my death" meowed Goldenpaw. She drifted down and wrapped her tail around Badgerpaw's neck.

"If you believe that then you need to learn much much more. Drizzlekit loves you for who you are not what you are. Has your badger form ever scared her. No. She just doesn't understand" meowed Goldenpaw. She began to sing. Not a sound that made cats fall asleep but one that soothed them.
