A Moonlit Serenade

Niche frowned a bit. He really didn't want to tell her. She'd probably not want to be around him. "Sometimes... I lose self control...And I hurt the ones I love." He winced, thinking about Turtle again.

Sakura nodded.

"That's ok" She mewed. Sakura walked over to him.

"Losing control happens to a lot of cats. It's happened to everyone in my family, even me once. It was a long time ago though." Sakua mewed "But if you dont want to, it's fine." She stretched and yawned. Her mind wandered back to Bone. Was she ok?

Niche looked towards the direction they'd left Bone. He thought about her too, but knowing Bone, she'd hold up. Curiosity bit him again. "What was Bone telling you before I came? How did she get hurt? Why?" He asked.

"She said she fell in love, with a BloodClan warrior. And a ShadowClan warrior attacked her. Jagged... Jaggedtooth" Sakura mewed. She growled at the name. She already hated Jaggedtooth, and she hadn't even met him!

Niche felt a sharp blow as if someone had landed on his stomach. So she loved someone? He felt empty. How was this fair? Niche shook his head and starred at Sakura. She was so beautiful and sweet and funny. He thought about it for a moment. He liked her better, didn't he? Niche nodded to himself, and then shook away the thought of Bone. She was in love, and now, so was he.

"Well, hope that she finds some way to work this out. I'm not goign to help, I'm not abled enough, I'd probably end up stumblign into this Jaggedtoothand being like 'Have you met Jaaggedtooth? I've come to kill him, care to help?' " Niche joked.

Sakura laughed at the joke. She still felt a burning hatred for Jaggedtooth though. She looked at Niche. She really was starting to... like him. But what about Ashfur? The clan cat she met hunting on the river. Who did she like more? Niche was so funny, and has been a true friend to her. But Ashfur... She shook her head. No, don't decide right now.
"So have you explored anywhere other then the Loner Territory?" She mewed, trying to change the subject.

Niche shook his head. "ONly a bit, I usually poke fun at the clan cats" He smiled.

Sakura nodded "Me too" She mewed "I learned a little bit from an apprentice named Whiskerpaw." She stopped. Maybe she shouldn't have said that. Would Niche hate her now because she had a friend in the clans?

bone was walking down a small path more like limping her injuries where still often bleeding but she was okay and all, she scented other cats but couldn't make out the scents, she walked in closer and saw niche with sakura, she stood there, her eyes wide with shock, her mouth open, she let out a sad gasp, and then started to cry, I thought he loved me? she looked at the two, she turned her head, and turned around, a twig snapped, she ran now and not looked back it hurt so much to have a friend and lose one at a unfair time.

niche heard bone, and turned toward her. "Bone?" He asked.

"Bone!" Sakura gasped "Come back!" She looked at Niche, her eyes said 'What do we do?'

[glow=black,2,300]The wind chattered icily through the branches of nearby trees, a sound much like the clanking of mouse bones tumble together, rattled through the air. The forest close by filled with life and shrill songs of birds, seemed to shrink into itself, pulling away from what was not seen. The waving angles of thorny brambles stiffened and seemed to wilt. Trouble was near by, oh yes it was. Watching the young cats through eyes of cold blue dread....

Skull sat patiently in a clump of brambles, his shackles low to the ground. His face was a mask of confusion, for those who did not know he was there. He needed to talk to the young cats...it was time for them to train to become the most fearsome loners....then, then they could take over the clans one by one...so he had to get started! His absence hadn't helped a bit and he felt a thing of guilt about not seeing Sorrowheart, but this had to be done.

Carefully he stepped out of the thorn bush, leaves clinging to his shadowy-white pelt. He sat where he stood, just out side the bush and addressed his point with a chilling yowl.
He kept his eyes on the two young cats, Niche and Bone. Then he started to talk. " I have been watching you two," he began" And i see that i have put you off for to long. It is time to start your training." He paid no attention to what they had been previously chatting about.

Niche saw Skull, eye wide, and a small growl escaped him. "So you think training us is more important than trying to help Bone at this precise moment?" Niche said acidly, but then he toook a deep breath. "Certainly you could wait just a wee moment?" He asked politely, trying not to be rude to Skull, he was of course, his mother's friend wasn't he?

Sakura looked at the white tom. Who was he. Her fur bristled.
"Who is that?" She whispered to Niche.

Niche barely turned to Sakura as he whispered form the corner of his mouth.
"Skull"

Sakura nodded slightly, her head barely moving. Her eyes stayed on Skull. Was he a leader? She stayed silent, not wanting to upset him.
