Plot name: It's not Impossible to Change

Plot background:
Everyone knows Ferretpelt is the most hated cat in WindClan. He's a bully brave enough to mock Windstar to her face. No doubt every cat can guess at his ambition. Though he may not show it, Ferretpelt can feel the sting of their hate. It mocks and follows him in his plots. Every day shows that his dream will die without their complete support. But is it too late for him to change? Will the Clan be suspicious of him and hate him even more? The questions haunt him while he sleeps in the far corner of the den, away from his own Clanmates who jeer at him and spit where he walks. He wants to prove to them what a great warrior he really is. He wants them to see how he could take care of them if he were in a leadership position. But they refuse to listen and Ferretpelt is growing restless with them.
Plot Idea:
Ferretpelt, who becomes more and more dangerous by growing hate, is doomed to die. He doesn't know how, but he knows he will. He might even kill himself if it comes to it. With each passing dawn, he realizes how useless he is to his Clanmates who refuse his ambition. He hates it. The Clan isn't worth his time anymore - but he still has so much to prove to them. He becomes noticeably violent, refusing to let anyone near him. He snarls at every cat and provokes other warriors to fight. He's proving himself an enemy.
But something happens that changes him. Something he never expected.
When he meets her, he treats her like any other cat. Despising her and avoiding her. Yet, he can't ignore her. Unbidden, the thought of her fills his silent moments until she is his comfort. He watches her go by, and feels something inside him soar. Suddenly, his dreams aren't so important. But is it too late for change? How can his Clan accept a cat who recently turned so hostile? He still has things to prove, but now everything is much, much more different. Desperate to reconcile himself to his Clan and receive the love of the she-cat who changed him, Ferretpelt sets his paws on a heroic path.To defend his Clan against it's enemies. To die in battle glory if he has too.
Will WindClan forgive their foolish warrior? Will the she-cat love him as he loves her?
And will they honor him when he dies?
