BROWNSTAR
"So--Let us take a walk, then. It's a lovely day and the forest seems quite peaceful."[/size]
"I agree... it is a rather lovely day. It seems so peaceful and quiet-- so relaxing," she commented back, not even looking at the other tom, but continuing the walk forward to wards the entrance or exit of the camp. Brownstar remembered rebuilding the entrance after The Night had barged in and broken the camp down in shreds. The whole ordeal were horrible, scarred memories that the she-cat rarely liked to talk or think about-- and yet it dwindled in her mind occasionally, not caring if she wanted it to or not. It had been a while since she thought about it, actually. Before now she had thought about it all the time, and yet recently, with the current success of the camp and other qualities of her mental state she had attained back, nothing seemed so horrible anymore... it was okay to face, therefore she was not scared to let it go quietly, into the darkness.
"So tell me, Pumpkinpaw, how are you enjoying your training and life in ThunderClan as an apprentice? My, I remember my first time as an apprentice-- I was terrified to be honest. I had Dreamheart, the old Medicine Cat as a mentor. She had recently turned into a Warrior... you know she was a Warrior before a Medicine Cat... well, afterwords she immediately was given an apprentice... me... I was already double training with others, but she became my personal mentor, which was nice since we were already friends." Without even realizing it or giving the apprentice a chance to speak, she had sped off with the story she had loved to tell so much-- the story of her training with her beloved friend. My... I hope I didn't back her into a corner by asking her how she felt about ThunderClan? she thought to herself. I mean what on earth did I think she was going to say... I'm the leader!
Although slightly annoyed with herself, she tried not to show it and smiled at Pumpkinpaw who she hoped did not sense her anger to wards herself. Some cats were good an sensing other cat's feelings, however Brownstar was not one of these-- and she knew she never would be one.
