First.

Spiderkit opened her eyes for the first time.her dark orange eyes darted around.
Whats that?? was her first thought but she didn't want to wake her sleeping mother.
The nest she was in was warm and cosy especially with her mother and brother.
She attempted to get up a couple of times,and eventually her willpower got through.
Her first couple of steps were a bit of a stumble but she regained her balance well.
she had heard her mothers voice and a different voice her father so her mother said,she'd like to see her father.


"daddy?"she called out.
Her voice was sweet and cheerful to hear.

Bloodclaw heard the sweetest trickylyest voice ever.He glanced over to see a small kit stumbing about,But not any kit Hiskit.
So he aproced her.

Spiderkit was now walking with confindence,She saw a huge black warrior who looked very scary.
"Erm...Ha..hav..have..yo..y.you..se..en..My.my dad?"She said with fear.

Bloodclaw smelt her fear .
"No need to fear me little one,Because i am your Father."
Spiderkits eyes opened wide at the fact at this great warrior was her dad.
"WOOOOW!"She mewed.

[Fireface]

Spiderkit's yowl scared Snowkit into thinking that his sister was in trouble so he opened his eyes when he wasn't ready, which really hurt. "Are y.......you o.....o.....ok?" He managed to say. He looked up and seen this great warrior standing over his sister, then seen that he was lying next to one himself. "Wha........what do you wa........want?" He asked the two great cat's. He was scared but refused to show it, only to keep his sister calm.

"Snowkit!!he..he..our dad!!!"she mewed bounceing up and down as she said it
she rushed over to her brother and nearly toppled him over.
"And that must be..."
"Your mother."Bloodclaw finshed
"Woooow!!"Spiderkit mewed again very very.
Very loudly

[Fireface]

"Cool." Said Snowkit in a cool acting voice. "S....so you ar...are our mo...mom? An...and you are our da....dad? What's you....your names?" He just had to know the names of the two mean looking warriors. He could bet that they were probably really cool ones.

Deadheart responded,"Well I'm your mother Deadheart. And your father is Bloodclaw. You and Spiderkit are going to become some of the great warriors of Riverclan someday."

"Oooh! Tho...those are rea.....really co..cool names!" Snowkit was very impressed by the names of his mother and father. "An...and I-I got stu...stuck with Snow......Snowkit." He said with dissapointment."Hmph!" He sure was taking on his mother's temper quickly.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"Come on ! when your a warrior you might be called.....That would you be called?" Spiderkit asked

"How about...Snowblood...Snowfire..snowmoon..snowdoom..erm.."Bloodheart mewed.
he got a bit stuck thinking of names
and spiderkit's tail flicked with amusement as she knew she was haveing trouble.
"Snowstorm!!"She mewed
"I think your name is awsome!"She said honestly
Spiderkit was a very honest cat.

[Fireface]

"Bu...but com...com...um.....it stupid and un..un...un-fearful. I-I want a m..m..mean-like name." Snowkit was verry dissapointed by his name. He wanted something big and bad.

"Do not worry Snowkit. I know for a fact that your warrior name will be really good. I have faith. Besides I have a name to request for you when that time comes." Blackheart replied. She didn't want her son to feel inferior.

"Y-you are right! I am g...g...gonna be the be...best warrior ever!" Snowkit had realized that he had two verry loyal and brave and strong cats for parents.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"we are going to be the best warriors ever!" she mewed
she purred and rubbed against her mother and father.

"Yeah whatever. You're gonna need my protecton all the time." Snowkit was really just teasing his sister. He tried to pounce on her and instead he just kinda flopped on her.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"Rawaaaa"She tryed to roar like a wild cat but failed and ended up sounding like a strangled crow.
Nightheart flicked his tail in amusement and looked fondly his son and daughter, then looked lovenly at blackheart

[Fireface]

"Ok enough you two." Said Blackheart. "If you're gonna play at least wait until you are old enough to leave the nursery. It's not a place to play."

"I will never surrender." Said Snowkit in a rude tone. "You can't make me."

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"Shhh..Yes she can!!..One bat of those claws.."Spiderkit winked at blackheart..She pretened to shudder and continued whispering into snowkits ears
"I wouldnt want to think what will happen to you if you mess with mum.."

[Fireface]

"Ok now don't go scaring your brother before it's bed time." replied Blackheart.

"I-I'm not scared, I have no fear just like dad!"said Snowkit and he puffed out his chest all tuff like.

By this time the kits speach was getting better. Only for the words they knew though.

"You do not need to be fearless all the time.Only when you are faced with fear."Bloodclaw mewed

"Oooh.."Spiderkit mewed with wonder

[Fireface]

"Really?" Snowkit was starting to get disapointed in his dad, but knew that he spoke the truth.

"Also,"replied Blackheart,"Fear is only fear within itself." Blackheart stared deeply in Bloodclaw's eyes as hers filled with love.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

Bloodclaw glazed back with extreme intrest and love.

"Awwwww"Spiderkit mewed as she saw her mother and father looking deep into each others eyes.

[Fireface]

"Awwww nothing. That's just gross." Snowkit stuck out his tongue playfully.

"Ok. Time for bed you two I'm gonna go talk to your father outside, I want to come back in and find you both asleep." Said Blackheart in a stern-motherly voice. She didn't really have anything in particular she wanted to talk about. She just wanted to get some fresh air for a bit and maybe a bite to eat.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"awww.."Spiderkit mewed as she clambered back into her cosy nest.

"They are adorable arent they?!"Bloodclaw mewed after they had both went to bed

[Fireface]

"They sure are. Spiderkit's gonna make a fine warrior one of these days, and verry loyal. Although I'd have to say that I'm worried for Snowkit. I fear for what he'll become." Replied Blackheart truly a little worried. "He'll be a strong warrior but I'm afraid of what he'll become as far as evil and good or wether or not he's loyal. Something is just bothering me about it even though he doesn't show anything."

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"He is strong at heart-maybe a little too strong."He agreed
"Spiderkit reminds me alot of you."
"Snowkit reminds me of me..."He said darkly
He looked down at his paws ashamed of himself.

[Fireface]

"Yes, but I know where your heart lies, his is unpredictable. I only fear for his life." Blackheart said with growing concern. "He could kill himself if he's not careful with his decisions. As for Spiderkit, well... she doesn't seem like either of us. She is happy with her life. She has a bright future. I am glad for her. She cares alot about others and is verry kind." Blackheart said this while thinking of all bad she's done in her life. She was mean and cared for few.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"You are kind as well,"He nudged her gently.
"And with training snowkit should do well."
He comfured her.
"Its early stages,They are only kits. they have the Ages to grow and learn."she mewed as he licked her black face.

[Fireface]

"Maybe you're right, but remember, we can't be sure that either of us will be training even one of the kit's. Also, I'm not all that kind, I have done some pretty bad things in my past that I'm not proud of. I only wish that the two kit's will grow up to be like you instead of me. Even if they grew up to be like Deadheart of Shadowclan that would be better than growing up like me. Only parts of my past are known to everyone, the not-so-bad parts, it's the other's that worry me."Blackheart waited for a reply, she didn't really know what bad things she had done, because she couldn't remember, but she knew that they were awful.

"So have i.."He mewed darkly
He hadn't told her about his shadowclan mother and father..But somethings are meant to be kept locked away.


Spiderkit sneaked out of bed and manged to get near enough to hear what her mother and father were saying.

"Although I'd have to say that I'm worried for Snowkit. I fear for what he'll become."Told her mother.

What!! Snowkit? Become?Become what??

She rushed off to her brother .
"Snow! snow!!"She mewed desperately

[Fireface]

Snowkit awoke grumpily and swiped at his sister's ear. "What do you want you...you...m-m-mousebrain?I was seeping good."

"We'll just watch him closely. If we ever have to separate into different clans, then I'd have to say that it would be dangerouse to meet him in battle when he becomes a warrior. We'll talk to Dragonstar when the kit's become old enough to go outside of the nursery. It's for the best. But we have to be careful about what might slip to Snowkit's ears." Blackheart said gravely.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

"Mum..and ..dad..Their talking about you...in a bad way.."The sisters eyes filled with worry.


"I agree,He is fine for now..But i will keep a close watch on him when he's older.I dont think we should even tell spiderkit as she would try to protect her brother.He could turn out to be a tricky cat." bloodclaw agreed.

[Fireface]

"We'll give them a week before we take them out of the nursery. Then we'll talk to Dragonstar. We'll see if one of us could mentor him. Although I would prefer it if you would. I am not afraid to mentor him, but I think it's best if his father would. It'd be easier to keep an eye on him. I can't stand the thought of Snowkit turning out to be like both of us, but putting it to use in a bad way. I won't lose my only son!" Blackheart was starting to shake with fear.

Snowkit went to go listen just inside the nursery to what his parents were saying."They they are scared of........of.....m-m-me. That must mean that I'll become a great warrior who will lead the clans." Snowkit wasn't all sure of what was being said, but he liked his idea. This left it up to Spiderkit to explain to Snowkit.

"I make sure you wont.I will promise to look out for him and make sure he makes the right decisions."He gently licked her shoulder to calm her as he saw her protectiveness in her eyes.
He looked behind her to where the kits where sleeping- Or they were meant to be sleeping.
he saw the glint of red in the night.
"Blackheart they are listening." still glaring at the red lights.

Spiderkit felt her fathers glaze upon her it weighted her down like a thousand weights but she still looked back.
Boy,Anit i in trouble now.

[Fireface]

"Oh no! Um.........what are you two doing up? You are supposed to be sleeping." Blackheart looked at Bloodclaw for some sort of response. She didn't know what to say.

Snowkit froze as he seen that both of his parent's were looking right at him. They don't trust me. He though. That made him a little uneasy so he went to bed to try to pretend like he was sleeping. With any luck they only thought that it was Spiderkit out of bed.

[Earthfur::NightHeart]

Spiderkit made a sqeacking noise and tryed to run away.
bloodclaw grabed her by the struff of the neck and sat her down.
"What did you hear?!"She mewed almost shouting at the small kit

Spiderkit looked down at her paws.
"J..j..juuusst y..o.ou..t..a...l..l...k..k.i.i.ing."She mewed.
Fear shone in her eyes,
What will they do!!she screamed in her tiny head

[Fireface]

"We need to know exactly what you heard. It's important."Blackheart's voice sounded with worry still.

Oh no! Spiderkit's gonna get in trouble and it's all my fault. thought Snowkit with grief.
