A dark tabby kit sat alone on the border between The Riverclan borders and the Thunderclan borders.His dakr silver eyes glared down at his paws and his head was spinning with envy.The Dark tabby didn't knwo what to do, his loved one was gone.His sisters were no were to be found, probibly dead, and his mother had killed herself.He glared down at his paws, trying to keep tears back."You know, Crying will get you no were" hissed a voice.The dark tabby looked around to find his brother,Firekit, had enterd the clearing.Firekit was always hansom with his dark red coat and his amber eyes,"You wana tell me what is wronge?" asked Firekit as he sat down near his brother.The tabby cat closed his eyes before speaking,"I envy Icekit" he spat out.Firekit laughed,"Earthkit, why envy Icekit!He is the weakest fur ball I have ever seen in my life!" Firekit said, trying to make Earthkit better.The dark tabby,Earthkit, didn't seem to happy so the two brothers sat there in the quite.

Gingerkit padded into the clearing seeing two other cats sitting there, "Hello?" she mewed and walked up to them, her bright orange pelt looked like flames glissening with light, her emerald eyes looked gently on the two cats and sat down looking at them bothe with questioning eyes.

Firekit was about to say something to Earthkit when a golden she-at walked into the clearing,Firekit glanced over at her and gave a short bow."Hello"He said in his deep voice.Firekit glanced over at Earthkit, but Earthkit said nothing he only gave a short sigh and turned away."I am Firekit, and that is my brother Earthkit"Firekit said in a calm tone.

"Hello, I'm Gingerkit" she purred happily at the polite reply, "is everything...okay?" she mewed looking towards Earthkit. Gingerkit looked behind her, "Hazelkit is wondering around all over camp looking for Earthkit, she thought she had said something wrong...he just kind of darted out of the nursery" she mewed and looked at Firekit with concerned eyes.

Firekit glanced over at his brother. Though Firekit loved Earthkit, he couldn't help but be a bit mad that he was trowing a fit just because of a girl. "He has had a crush on Hazelkit for the past- 5 moons and now that Icekit and Hazelpaw have crushes on each other. He is all mad" he said softly.

Gingerkit laughed, "He has a crush on my little sister?" she mewed and smiled, she felt her skind turn bright red with embarassment, "Hazelkit...oh wow, she is everywhere with icekit, but their only friends at the time, she hasn't even thought about being with him like that." she slightly laughed. Gingerkit's orange pelt glowed in the sun's warmth.

Earthkit's ears perked up at the news of Icekit and Hazelkit being only friends. Earthkit quickly truned around and ran past his brother, "R-Realy!" he said happily, "You meen she might like me after all!!" Earthkit let out a yip of happiness ,"Did you hear that Firekit!!" he yowled again. "What is with you and mood swings!" yowled Firekit, Earthkit laughed and started to prance around.

Gingerkit Purred and laughed, "Deary!" she mewed and giggled, "yeah, you might have hope after all" she mewed and smiled at Earthkit, and smiled at Firekit.

Earthkit smiled and stoped prancing,"I have always liked Hazelkit and his could be my big break!" he suddenly laughed as if he was a little kit,"Great Starclan!" Firekit yowled, "Dragonstar is NEVER going to make us apprintice if you keep this up! I meen we are already 7 moons, with you acting like a little kit we will be apprinticed by the time we are 3000 moons old!!"

Gingerkit smiled, "Hazelkit's Five moons now" she mewed and smiled at the two, "I do wish we were already apprentices" she mewed sadly as she looked at the camp, "I wonder why we aren't?" she meowed and looked at the two brothers.

"Because Dragonstar is off getting his nine lives, that's why."

A black tom came drifting out of the reeds. He was squat, but muscular, and twitched his nose at the kits. "Aren't they a little too young to be out of camp, Heavystorm wonders?" he meowed with a small smile.

Gingerkit hissed, "What do you what, Heavystorm?" she growled/meowed. Gingerkit's fur rose in a hurry. her spine tingled with shock.

"That's no way for a kit to speak to their elder," meowed Heavystorm calmly. "What are three kits doing out of camp, Heavystorm wonders?" he repeated with a smile.

"I apologize, you just scared me Heavystorm" she nodded her sorrys towards heavystorm, "talking..that is what we three kits are doing, heavystorm" she mewed
