Badgersoul sat alone in his den; fear and depression filled his soul. It had been a whole day since Eclipsepaw ran away and Badgersoul was beginning too worry. Badgersoul loved Eclipsepaw like a daughter; everything he for her was only meant to help her. Even when he de-apprenticed her. Slowly Badgersoul got to his paws. His amber eyes shinning dully, his paws felt so heavy as he walked to the entrance of the den. As if Starclan was punishing for not stopping Eclipsepaw from running away with the Tunderclanner. As he reached the exit of his den; the bright light made his squint. He hadn't been out of his den all day long; his eyes wern't used to the light. "did you hear; Shadowstone is back". Badgersoul had herd rummers of his friend's return but had been to depressed to go looking for him.
Badgersoul knew he had to check over the tom to make sure he didn't pick up any diseases along the trails he followed. This was give Badgersoul a chance to talk with him. Badgersoul silently wounderd how Shadekit was taking learning about his father. Hopefully he took it well. Badgersoul made his way to the warrior's den; "Shadowstone?" he called out in his deep voice.
