I see your face before my eyes
I'm falling into darkness
Why must I fight to stay alive?
Heroes fallen
Wake me can't you hear me calling
Out of darkness they come crawling
Is not the way the sky glows at the sunlow glorious? Does it not give a sense of wonder? Near fire is the look, as if the sky has been set ablaze revealing to us our glorious fathers past. They watched over us, giding our steps... That is, for those who have a forefather... What of I, you may ask... I have no father, no mother, no name to tie too, no legacy to live up to... I am lost, with no guide to be seen... I am alone along side my fellow warriors... I am a phantom before comrads... A ghost in a field of empty sorrows.
A Gray tabby she-cat was standing on the Thunderclan border that divided the WindClan cats to the ThunderClan. Her emerald colored eyes gazed out to the other side, watching for any patrols. The winds were not on her side as it blew her scent up the hill for any WindClan patrols that could be in the plains of the Forest land. The Warrior knew this fact well, but didn't seem to care as she stared at the other side as the sun showed barely over anything. The sky was red, gold, and every other flaming color. She did not move, sitting perfectly still and unmoved as she gazed into the other side. Since half-way to sun down, she had remained positioned at the border, not really doing anything but staring at the landscape.
---
A WindClan patrol remained hidden in the thick grass. However, it wasn't really a patrol but merely a single WindClan Warrior. The cat hadn't approached and merely remained low and out of sight. The She-cat he was watching hadn't moved for sometime and hadn't looked like she was going to cross. However, Talonscar didn't feel comfortable about leaving or approaching. It easily could be an ambush or a taunt to bring up a conflict between the two clans. But, it didn't look like any other cat was coming, so he was quiet calm. The Abyssinian cat stared, but did nothing as he laid low in the grass.
Haven't been this bored since waiting for someone to hunt with me... She's just standing there... I bet if I left, got something to eat and returned, she would still just be standing there... why is she just standing there.... she looks slightly formilliar... Green eyes, gray fur, black stripes... Looks real formilliar.... where have I seen a cat like that.... I don't really remember... Maybe it is just my mind playing tricks on me... I hope a WindClan Patrol comes, I really do... Or even her ThunderClan Patrol, at least something would be happening... I wonder what she is doing... Trying to bet WindClan by boring us to death, thought Talonscar before yawning quietly, ...well... It's working. I've never been this bored since.... wait.... I just thought about that.... I am losing my mind.... DO SOMETHING! I am tired of thinking in circles... Jump! Sneeze! Yawn! SOMETHING!... I am bored.......

I fade away into the night
My eyes are closing in
Shadows fleeing from the light
My nightmares can begin
Wake me can't you hear me calling
Out of darkness they come crawling
