Wanderkit's jaw dropped. "She fed them deathberries!? That's terrible!" He remembered a snowy day in leaf-bare, and Blink was pointing to some scarlet-red berries. Blink was saying not to touch them because they would kill you. He noticed Dreamheart's distress and pressed himself against her. "Don't worry Dreamheart. I'm sure being a medicine cat wasn't the right path for you. Other cats' have had dreams like that and not become medicine cats. The legendary Firestar for example. He had dreams, but became a leader instead of a medicine cat. Maybe it is your destiny to become a great leader as well." He mewed, trying to assure her.

Wanderkit's eyes shown. "Really? Thanks! I used to be really bored hanging around camp, but ever since I met Graykit and you and Mooneye, life isn't boring anymore. I owe you all major thanks." He bounced around, happy to be able to meet more cats instead of going back to camp.
