It started to jump wildly and threw Windpaw off. Then it collasped. Hard on the ground trin g to catch it's breath!

Then out of nowhere, a cat came and killed the badger before it know what was coming. What are you two doing out here! said a mad and worried Mooneye.

Windpaw lay hurt on the ground. For a second her mind was spinning and she didn't know where she was. "Help! she called out in despair. "Help!"

Graykit was swearing silently to herself as she crouched under some bramble,"Mooneye, Windpaw,"she adressed each cat with a nod,"I will always be your friend, but if my mother finds you here then...."her words trailed away, she could not imagine the tortcher she would endure with her best friends as prisners.

Graykit watched them go longing for Windpaw to stay,'if only I could seperate them..',she thought. Then an idea struck....((to be continued in my mind in the real world.))
