Sprinklepaw sat in the apprentice den waiting for Rowanpaw to come back to camp from training. She had just got done from training and was thinking. Thinking about her and Rowan, becoming a warrior, what love was really like, and how would she do as a warrior. If Brownstar died, who would become deputy, if she would die in battle, or as an elder. She just had time to think about a lot of things now that she was alone. 'It would be great to know everything!' she thought, 'but it would also be great to find everything out by myself too' Sprinklepaw heard approaching footsteps at the enterance. Wondering who it was she looked torward the beginning of the tunnel to see who was coming into the apprentice den. A shadow appreaded.

Rowanpaw appeared at the apprentice's den. "Hello, Sprinklepaw," he said. He sat next to her. "How was training?"

"Great! It took you long enough!" she joked,"How was your training? I caught my first mouse today." Sprinklepaw wanted to hear everything. She was exited about becoming a warrior. And couldn't wait. It would be so fun!

Rownapw laughed. "I patrolled some borders," he sid lazily. He lay down on the moss. His legs were aching. "I also almost caught a snake but I missed." His eyes sparkled, "faling into a hole," he added siletly to himself.

[glow=blue,2,300]Sprinklepaw laughed. "Oh, okay. did you spot any patroll of another clan?" she asked stranglly. Then she laughed again and again. She looked at him,"You know that cat who died? I mean by the hawk. I think his name is,,, um... Howling... Howlingpaw, I mean wind, Howlingwind. I heard the first couple times he went hunting he got caught in a thorn bush! Howlingwind was from ShadowClan!" she was trying to tell the story she heard from the gathering while she was a kit. "I missed a rabbit though." she mewed changing the subject.[/glow]

Rowanpaw looked at her, rather confused by her randomness. "Oh," he said, "thats too bad. I heard that he was Moonstar's son and Windchaser's apprentice." he nodded. "We didn't see any other patrols. Our borders are clear."

"Hello!" yelled Copperkit as he walked into the den. He walked over and stood right in the middle of Rowanpaw and Sprinklepaw.

"Hello..." Sprinklepaw mewed as she got pushed away from Rowan,"How are you Copperkit?" she wished to feel Rowan by her again and chose not show it.

Rowanpaw looked at Copperkit. He pulled his head away. Copperkit was his friend but he did want to be alone with Sprinlepaw. "Hello," he said grimly.

Copperkit laughed. "Hello," he said upset at Sprinlepaw's remark at being a kit and Rowan's tone. "What were you doing?" he asked.
