((Hehe,changed the name a little bit.))
Torrentheart sat on the beach,staring at the river's sparkling waters.She padded over to it and stared into it,seeing her face reflecting back.It was not happy,but upset,dulled by her past...and by Frynose.She thought about her father,her siblings,and what she would say to Frynose later...if he appeared.She repeated the words over and over in her mind,memorizing them with a cold voice.

The born tabby-tom appeared from the bushes where he ahd been sitting for sometime, watching Torrentheart. "Torrent..." His voice was soft but strong.

She whipped around,surprised to see him come so fast.She didn't let her nerves get the better of her as she spoke,soft and slow."Frynose,i've made a decision.."She secretly repeated her speech over and over in her head at the last moment.

She took a deep breathe and sighed."I'm not going to lie to you..anymore."Her voice was steady and slow."The day we went hunting,and the thing that I said...was true."She said,reffering to what she had admitted that day."Then,you shot me down,twisting all my happiness into a ball of bitter hatred.Yes,it was true...but now i'm doubting it.I can't take anymore heartbreak in my life..my dark past was enough.So please,tell me Frynose,do I have to pretend?Pretend that I don't care about you?Or can we atleast be friends,again.If you don't share the feelings I once had,doesn't mean we can't still care for each other...in a friendly way.I need an answer now,or i'll leave...forever."She faded off,hidden compassion showing in her green eyes.Inside,she felt sad,knowing that this wasn't really what she felt.She loved him with every ounce of her being..but she couldn't reveal that if he didn't feel the same way.

Frynose could not help but let out a purr. "Torrent, from the moment I saw your little head enter the apprentice's den I knew I was in love. I immidiately wanted to show off all that I had learned and I wanted to share things with you. However, when Stormstar gave you an apprentice and I was namesda Warrior before you, I felt jealous, not to mention, my father had missed all my ceremonies. I was confused.. but now I understand." He pasued. 'Torrentheart, I am different now. We both are. You are having family troubles with your brother and I am having problems with my father. But... I love you."

Her heart thudded painfully against her chest,but she didn't care.She smiled,her green eyes sparkling for the first time in a long time."I love you too."She said,her voice cracking with happiness.She leaned over and rasped his ear,with a broad smile breaking her once sad,and lonesome face.
