[glow=white,4,500]Sunshower pulled a fish from the freshkill pile. It was still wet, and obviously fresh. She dragged it over to her favorite spot, in a place surrounded by reeds, isolated from the rest of the camp. [/glow]

As Diamondkit walked toward the pile she heard a rattle of reeds behind her. Curiously she peered into the reeds, stepping closer she fell back, suprised to see a cat sitting there.

Northkit had been watching them for a while and they seemed nice enough. She watched a tail swishing back and forth, she crouched low to the ground and pounced.
Northkit held the tail fast in her mouth, it was to small to be a full grown cat's tail. She looked up and saw a little female tabby looking down at her with annoyance. It was the one called Diamondkit.

Diamondkit did not like this annoyance on her tail, swiftly she thwaped her on the head to let her know she was not happy.

Northkit backed away a few paces, then sat up stretching trying pitifully to make herself look taller."Well ya didn't have to be so mean about it, just wanted to play, sheesh.", said Northkit.

[glow=white,4,500]Sunshower tore off a chunk of the fish and layed it down in front of Northkit. "Do you want this?" she asked, nosing the fish closer. "It doesn't bother me." The she-cat lciked her paws, occasionally glancing back at Northkit[/glow]

[glow=white,4,500]Sunshower laughed as she watched the two kits roll around and play. It reminded her of when she was a kit and played like that. Although since she had no litter mates and was the oldest one in the nursery, she mostly played with the fireflies at night in the summer. [/glow]

Northkit swatted back, meulling in pleasure. She turned to look at Sunshower, "Come on, play with us!" She pleaded. "Alright," said Northkit as she walked over to Sunshower, "You're it!" She finished as she bounded back over to Diamondkit.

Suddenly Northkit's nerves gave out. " Sorry, gotta go now, bye!" And with that the kit turned and ran through the reeds.
