Waterkit had gone down to the river to swim, but her swim had become a fight for life. She was wailing for help, and water gushed into her mouth. She spluttered and tried to pull herself up. Suddenly, a wave of strength pushed her down and under the water.

[glow=purple,2,300]Blackthorn,who was once again invading Riverclan tera, just saw the kit,HER KIT! she jumped into the water not caring for what would happen to herself and pull the kit above water.She quickly swam to the shore and pulled herself up "are you ok?" she gasped and licked the kit dry ,forgetting this kit didn't know she was her mother.[/glow]

Watrkit gasped and gulped for air as water gushed out of her mouth. She looked up at Blackthorn. She tried to mew, but no sound came out. She started to shake from the cold, and her mouth open and closed with her soundless wails.

"Bloodclaw?" Waterkit growled. She was mad at Bloodclaw because he hadn't let her play in TC terra, which was part of the reason she had gone so far from camp. "My name is Waterkit." she mewed more cheerfully. "What's your name? Are you a warrior? What Clan are you in? RiverClan? Could you mentor me when I'm an apprentice?"

Waterkit had been a little put out when she was told Blackthorn was a rogue, but now her spirits were high again. "Yes!" she cried.
