Waiting For Answers...where is Swiftfoot?

Icekit trodded back and forth in front of the nursery he was in a foul mood for a kit. "Swiftfoot where are you?" He said to himself flicking his dark tail from side-to-side. We wondered if the cat could help him ever sence that Thunderclan apprentice jumped him and his friends Foamkit and Skykit near the border. The Thunderclan cat was rude but mentioned something that kept haunting Icekit. "Kits of yours." The cat had said. At first he thought that maybe Swiftfoot had been his mother, but after she told him no he had been wondering and waiting for the cat to help him, he was to frightened to ask any of the queens and it was maddening him that he couldn't remember his own mother, he should remember that he thought, he had worked himself into a frenzy of paceing until he heard the rustling of a cat approaching...."What are you looking at?" Icekit snapped...then he saw who it was...

[Ferny]

Splashheart peeked in "Hey Icekit, are you ok?"

[Iceface]

"I...I've been better...say uh...are you good at keeping secrets Splashheart?" Icekit meowed solemnly.

[Ferny]

Splashheart nodded as she waked in and sat down, "Ya"

[Iceface]

"I...I don't know who my mother is....I thought that Swiftfoot might help...but..." Ice said as he held his head low.

Splashheart nodded "Well......I know who my mother is but it is like I don't I mean when I was a kit in Thun...." she stopped and looked away.

"You mean Thunderclan where that cat..." Icekit stopped maybe he said to much. "Uh do you think that I could be from another clan?" Icekit meowed.

[Ferny]

Splashheart shook her head "No I was ....reffering to........" she looked down. No one in Riverclan knew her secret, and she didn't intend them to, but since she accidently gave it away. "Myself"

[Iceface]

"Don't worry I won't tell anyone Splashheart." Icekit meowed. "But it still doesn't help me..." He returened.

Icekit looked at the newcomer hopeing he hadn't given away Splashheart's secret. He could trust himself but...another kit...

[Swiftfoot[Is Leaving]]

Seeing Splasheart and Icekit together,she padded over to them.She sat down,sympathetic eyes shinning at Icekit."I'm so sorry Icekit that it took so long."She said with a soft smile,"But now i'm ready to help!"

Icekit turned his eyes of the other kit...maybe he was out of earshot...
"Hi Swiftfoot any news on my....um...mother?

[Ferny]

Splashheart looekd up, she was not about to tell Icekit her secret with all of the other cats around. Instead she layed down and looked around.

[Swiftfoot[Is Leaving]]

Swiftfoot shook her head sadly."I'm sorry Icekit..but nothing."

[Iceface]

"Oh...I...um....thank you Swiftfoot." Icekit lowered his head. "Do you think my mother is with Starclan then?" Icekit said after awhile.

[Swiftfoot[Is Leaving]]

Not knowing what to say,she tilted her head with sympathy."Well...who knows,i'll keep helping."She said,hoping it would help.

Icekit smiled halfheartedly..."Well thank you. I'm sure if I'm meant to know I'll find out." Icekit said as he padded out of the nursery. "I'm six moons now I think...haumph...maybe..." The kit said as he walked away.

"Icekit where you going?"meowed Greykit.

[Iceface]

Icekit stopped and looked over his shoulder at Greykit. "I was thinking bout sleeping of some angst, but...I can stay up for awhile."

"um no you can nap," said greykit and walked to the leaders den.
