Hunting by the River

Hawkwing trotted along the shore and aimlessly hit the rocks. He watched the ripples come out where the rock made it's decent. He sighed and sat down on a rock. I wonder what Swallowtail is doing. She is probably still talking to Dragonstar. Swallowtail was Hawkwing's sister and lived in Windclan. She was the Medicen Cat until she left to be with him. Hawkwing wanted her to stay, but Dragonstar might not allow it. He sighed and looked around.

Angelheart had been looking for Hawkwing. When she finally saw him she ran up to him. "Hi Hawkwing" she meowed. While a voice inside her head screamed tell him now while he is just sitting there. Angelheart knew his sister was from Windclan and wanted to join Riverclan. "I know what it is like having paws in two worlds" she meowed suddenly.

[glow=red,2,300]Lightpaw hummed as she trotted through the reeds. Her nose twitched in her excitement; any day now she would be a warrior, a true RiverClan warrior. And with Northpaw, too! But she was nervous, too--since she would be a warrior, she could have a mate--a daunting prospect to her. Who would love her more than Snowpelt did as a father figure in her life?

Then she came upon the two warriors. Hawkwing, and Angelheart. She didn't know Angelheart too well--she was new, and she hadn't met her yet. But Hawkwing she knew, a bit--Snowpelt had told her about his sister, Swallowtail, a medicine from WindClan. She seemed nice, but like Angelheart, she hadn't met her yet.

With a deep breath the orange tabby stepped forward, smiling. She had walked in just when Angelheart said, "I know what it is like having paws in both worlds." "Excuse me," she meowed nervously. "Am I interupting?"[/glow]

(by the way, I am sorry you guys... -smile fades- Hawkwing has a mate, but I am working on a bio for a tom here)

Hawkwing nodded and smiled at Angleheart. How does she know? he wondered. No, you are not. he meowed to the new cat. He knew the cat as Lightpaw and knew that she was getting her warrior name today. He smiled at the two she-cats and looked at his paws. He glance back up at them both. Anyone want to go hunting? he asked.

[glow=red,2,300]"Sure!" mewed Lightpaw happily. "That's what I came here to do, actually." Too bad he has a mate, he's really handsome, she thought. She told herself not to flirt, though--that would only complicate things.[/glow]

OOC: Ah, well. That's alright. Maybe it could be a love triangle, though? 'Cause Lightpaw likes him a little. ;D

Hawkwing smiled at Lightpaw. He stared a little to long at her and shook his head in regret. How will Sunheart feel if she finds out I have a small crush on Lightpaw?
