A silver she-cat walked to the battle. She was understandibly nervous. She looked to her side to see the woodland of ThunderClan. It must be done... The silver WindClan cat crossed the border into RiverClan territory. She stood strong and detemined to speak to the leader of RiverClan. She could smell the scent of RiverClan.

The RiverClan Leader's blue-gray fur was ruffled by the slight breeze, and he stood tall, larger than Silverstar due to their genetic make-up of male and female. "What is it you want?" Stormstar's blue orbs stared straight into Silverstar as he spoke. He was alone, but even without a Patrol he could take Silverstar on if she chose to attack.[/glow]

Silverstar lifted her left paw up. "Peace Stormstar. I don't think the current circumstances can allow aggressions with our clans. As you know, BloodClan has captured ThunderClan. They are in league with the Rogues and a clan called NightClan. You may not know much about them, but I know them. A former loner that we took in called Silentclaw, was a warrior of SunClan, a rival clan far from here. NightClan are very powerful and have conquered many of the clans, including SunClan, DayClan, DuskClan, and FireClan. Though we don't know much about the other clans, we do know that NightClan has control of the rogues and must be great strategists, and warriors in order to defeat all those clans. We need to somehow fight against them. I fear that ShadowClan has fallen victom to the enemy. We were patrolling the Thunderpath border. There were no ShadowClan cats by the border, not even there cold eyes. If ShadowClan and ThunderClan have fallen, it is only a matter of time till WindClan, or RiverClan are attacked. We need to use our warriors as a combined force, not as one clan, but as two assisting each other in order to bring back the Warrior Code."

"I'm having problems sorting out my Clan before worrying about the forest. I have able Warriors, but if you want a good strong army then RiverClan will need help in the training department." He wasn't asking for help, merely informing Silverstar on the situation.[/glow]

"I realize times have been hard for RiverClan. I know, when Redstar was leader, she had mere remnants of her clan after Darkfur lead an attack on RiverClan under orders of Fallenstar... WindClan has hurt your clan, but if NightClan attacks you now..."started Sliverstar only stooping and hoping she souldn't offend the RiverClan Leader. "...Then the problems of the forest will be your problem. Do you think that apprentices will be able to fight back the army of NightClan, and empire that have always ultamitly achived its goal? If we help each other, then we can beat NightClan for good." Silverstar looked hard into Stormstar's eyes, her eyes were strong and wise from the past seasons that she had been a Leader, far before any of the leaders of this time. She was the oldest Leader cats in the forest now.

"But we are not ready to go on the offensive yet. But, Silverstar, I fear greatly for ShadowClan. Word has reached me of Moonstar's death. Windchaser is a fine Deputy and will make a fine Leader, but she has lost her Mother. And what if the same happens to Brownstar? I don't want to speed up any death that may be waiting for her by aggravating Dark!" The RiverClan Leader spat out the hateful name, his anger at the past reminding the blue-gray tom of what happened.[/glow]

Silverstar nodded."I do not ask to go on agressions yet. However if one of our clans are attacked, we need to plan how to fend it off. If your attacked RiverClan, do you think you can push them back to our territory?"

No way would he let the WindClan be the Clan who literally beat the Rogues, BloodClan and this strange NightClan, not when he wanted, no, needed revenge on Dark and his minions. And it was no doubt all three would attack together.[/glow]

"Because, 2 against 3 is better odds then 1 against 3. My territory has one advantage that RiverClan doesn't. My Clan is located up in the Highlands, allowing us the ability to attack form above. As you have told me, your clan as more apprentices then warriors, so tell me how you would defeat 3 foes on an equal feild. If they were pushed back to the cliffs, then WindClan could ambush them from every direction, including from above, can you do that in your territory?"

Thunder raced into the small clearing in the woods, fur bristling. He smelled an intruder, and was preparedfor a fight to drive them out. But when he saw the two leaders discussing matters peacefully, he skidded to a halt. Disappointment crossed his face, he was hoping for a good fight. Forcing his hackles down in the presence of the two leaders, he looked up to StormStar."Sorry to interrupt you, i smelled an intruded and was going to drive them off."Sitting down, he waited patiently for his leaders response.

[glow=blue,4,000]A rustle was all that Stormstar heard before Thunder leapt from the undergrowth, hackles bristling. The ebony cat was brought up short when he spotted his Leader and the WindClan Leader, and he quickly explained himself. Giving Thunder a nod of acceptance, Stormstar turned back to Silverstar, grateful that she should swear it. "I swear by StarClan that RiverClan shall fight with WindClan against our foe." He said, solemn.[/glow]
