Hollowheart took Amberpaw to a small glade."Today we will work on your fighting skills."He inforemed her."So first, let's see how you do in a practice fight." He waited for her to attack.

Amberpaw jumped at Hollowheart. He ducked down, and Amberpaw went sailing past him. She landed on all fours and ran at Hollowheart, pulling back in time to dodge a swipe from him.

[Hollow]

Amberpaw fiented a swipe at him and ran at him from the side. He managed to push her back with his paw. She ran at him again and Hollowheart took a swipe at her.

She dodged the blow and jumped onto Hollowheart's outstretched leg. She took a swipe at his head and he rolled away and then got up.

[Hollow]

"Well done," Hollowheart told Amberpaw."but I noticed you were a bit slow on some of those moves, let me show you some different positions for a fight." He spent two hours teaching Amberpaw different positions and telling her when was the best time to react and how fast you should be and how much force you should put behind a blow.

"So," Amberpaw said as she sat next to Hollow. "Willowtail wants to ......" She looked at her menter with a wicked glint in her eye.

[Hollow]

"Young apperentices shouldn't talk of such things." He said sternly, though he blushed at the mention of ..... "Come on," He said abruptly, and stood up."I want to show you something."

"What is it?" Amberpaw asked as she stood. Hollow didn't answer and started to run northwest, towards a larger, more rugged area. She hurried to catch up.

Hollowheart stopped at the end of a large hill. Sitting on one of the many flat rocks he waited for his apprentice. When she got there thety stared for a minute at one of the most beautiful sights any had ever seen. It was sun set and the sight of the setting sun dipping behind the tree line was an indescribible sight. They stared at it until Hollowheart spoke in a soft voice. "Here we stand looking into the brilleint sunset. I want you to be able to lose yourself in the... infinity of it all. To be a great warrior you need to be able to have a since of balance and tranquility. I'd like to be able to take you here as often as possible to show you this sight." So for what seemed forever Hollowheart and Amberpaw stared at the setting sun.
