Summerkit watched a leaf blowing in the wind, she pounced on it and held it in her teeth,"I wish there was someone to play with..." she thought to her herself.

Summerkit set the leaf down, and layed on her back, looking into the sky. She watched the the clouds go by lazily.

Bramblepaw walked out of the apprentices den and saw, "Hi Summerkit!" he said cherrfully, "Whatcha doin'?" he asked playfully.

Summerkit jumped up, a little startled by the sudden visitors,"Hi Bramblepaw, hi Windclaw!", the kit mewed happily."I was just kinda bored, wanna play?", the kit crouched low, her eyes glowing.

Bramblepaws eyes lite up, "Sure!" he said happily. He didn't have a mentor yet so he didn't have to worry about missing taining. "So what do you wnat to do?"

Bramblepaw then took off after WindClaw instead. He lunged out his claws sheathed.

Bramblepaw looked over in surprise he wasn't very popular, so it was odd to have all these cats to talk to and play with, "Sure," he said uncertainly, "We're playing tag, I'm it!" he then leaped at his fellow apprentice hoping to hit him with his paw.
