Windchaser lead Howlingpaw to a good stop to hunt. She crouched and pounced on a rabbit killing it.

Howlingpaw wathced Windchaser do it. He decdided to do the same. He crouched down like she had done, but was way to noisey and scared the rabbit away. Howlingpaw didn't know it till it happened but he landed in a thorn bush!"Ow!" he yowled!

Howlingpaw copied Windchaser, but endedf up in the same thorn bush! "Can we move to a different place?!" he growledd," This place is getting on my nevers!" he growled picking a thorn out of his paw.

Windchaser nooded. "We will come back here when you have completede more training tho. You need to learn." They moved to an open spot of the forest and Windchaser nodded to a rabbit that was near.

Howlingpaw did exactly what Windchaser did. He crept forward , and lept at the he rabbit. "Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he yowled in truinmph! "I got it!" he yowled picking up the rabbit, his prize.

Windchaser looked at the rabbit impressed. "I am glad," she said happily. "Now bury it and when we get back to camp you can put it on the fresh kill pile as a treat. You normally would give it to the elders but this is a special occasion. "Now try and catch that bird." she said noddin her head towards it.

Howlingpaw, ducked in to rabbit crouch again. He tried to catch the bird... but scared it away.

This is the time to show off! He thought. Infrount of Curlyfur to show what a great Warrior he was going to be! Howlingpaw was going to try to show off in front of EVERYONE! Howlingpaw did what Windchaser had shown him and sprang at the rabbit. Killing it with two big bites. It was a snow white fat rabbit. "YAY!!!!!!!!!!" he yelped.
