The Lonley Fragment

Fragment's soft pelt shone in the sunlight that hit the marshy ground.Fragment was thinking if it reallywas the right choose to stary with her father.Her dark green eyes seemd to glow with saddness and worry.She missed her mother and her sibilings so very much,Fragment perked her ears high up, hoping to hear to sound of her mother-yet only herd the wind crashing agents the tree branches.

Niche was yawning, trotting right into the Shadowclan camp as if he had every right to. He thought about patrols returning, probably wanting to attack him. What did he care? Niche purred happily. He was a father of five healthy kits. He would od whatever he wanted. Afew more steps; His heart skipped a beat.

"Fragment" His voice threatened with a snarl, but it didn;t come out quite as menacing as he'd wanted.

Fragment felt fear trickle threw her pelt,"B-Brother" she whisperd and quickly turned around.Fragment bent her head down showingshement no harm."N-N-Niche...WhatA-Are you doing here" she said ,her voice full of fear.

Fragment really didn't want to fight her own brother and she couldn't help but feel worthless when he was around.Fragment's bent tail slowly toucked under her legs and she begain to shiver with fear.

Niche snorted at his sister, and curled his lip in disgust. "I'm not doing what you're doing. I've just come because it's a short cut, and I'm free to do what I want because I don't follow you're stupid clan rules." He hissed. His claws unsheathed and he advanced towards her, fur bristling. Taking one look at her shivering helpless position, he scoffed. "The 'clans' have done you no good I can see. By the way, I'm a dad now" Niche mewed happily. Then a split second later he returned to his crouch, snarling.

Fragment was to afraid to even say anything about her brother's kits.The only thing she really though about was what would a warrior do.After thinking for what seemed like moons, Fragment had an idea.Slowly she got up onto her feet and puffed out her cheast,her green eyes glitterd and her bent tail swished,"Leave" she hissed, trying her hardest to be brave.

Niche's cold stare became like ice. His paws planted firmly in the ground, and his claws unsheathed. His tail lashed back and forth, stirring up clouds of dust. His stance became more like a crouch, and he stalked forward, getting ever closer. Niche's claws clicked with every step, almost a menacing threat. "I'm not going anywhere. I have a family to support, a family I wont give up on, a family I wont leave because I can take living as a loner and living harsh. I know how to survive. I'm not weak like you. I don't need others to bring me fresh food and to get me bedding and to make me get up in the sunrise. You're just like a filthy kittypet." Niche smirked, his eye narrowing into a furious slit. "The only one leaivng today, is you." His snarl echoed as he leaped, but something was different about his paws...

<sub>[glow=teal,2,300]Suddenly ,a loud yowl ecoed threw the marshy lands of Shadowclan.The deadly wind riped across the muddy ground making mudd and sand fly thre the air.The slient beating of paws cursed the silent marsh with it's steady bet.


Then, out of no were, a white cat with silver eyes jumped out of no were, her face was flat with a scar mark on her cheast that simbalised {SP?} as a moon.The she-cat quickly ran in front of Fragment and let out a long hiss.

It was Innocentsoul

Innocentsoul had been looking around for Fragment when she had sented the smell of a loner.At first Innocentsoul was afraid, for the stench that she sented was the sant of Meer.The blood thirsty killer that made the smallest of kits shake, then she noticed this cat was a tom.Innocentsoul had come just in time to block Niche's attack by moving right in front of fragment.[/glow]</sub>

Niche felt his sheathed paws crash into the white cat. How had this cat just jumped out of nowhere? Why was she protecting his sister? He hopped back onto his paws, licking the dust off his chest, sneezingfg a few times, then he looked up and eyed the she cat. "Who are you?" He growled.

[Hey, what have yo got against Meer and her ability to scare things? And what do you mean 'stench'?]

[glow=red,1,000]Fireice came rushing after Innocentsoul, her fur was fluffed up and her gray eyes were gleaming with excitement. She hissed and barreled right into Niche. She clawed at him, hoping with all of StarClan that she would hit something. Her sharp, razor claws came in contact with flesh and she yowled. "Get off of our territory, you pest!" She bared her teeth and sank them into his pelt, the rustic taste of blood filled her mouth and she felt like she wanted to gag. The blood was bad, from sickness and harsh life. Fireice clawed out, keeping her hold on Niche.[/glow]

[UM HELLO? That's powerplaying!!!! Niche can decide whether or not he gets hit thank you!]

Niche hopped out of the way when Fireice came charging in, and watch her fly past. He COMPLETELY DODGED THE ATTACK. He frowned. Why were all the cats coming to get him? All he wanted to do was pounce on his sister and tell her he thought she still looked fat and ask her how she was. Was that such a problem to everyone?!
"Okay, I don't care who you are, but I was trying to talk to my sister. I wasn't really going to hurt her. Gosh. I hate you all. Go die." He hissed. They had really ruined his chance of reminiscing with her. Niche really wanted to talk to her and ask her if she was okay and tell her about his kits. "Sorry to bother you in such a troublesome time, Fragment" He mewed to her, his glance angered. Niche started to walk away, UNSCATHED.

Fragment watched her brother go, her eyes still were filled with tears.She really had no idea what to do, on one line she had her brother and his family.On the other a whole clan of cats.Fragment closed her eyes to keep the tears back then ran deeper into camp.
