Needing to speak(only kingdomstreak please)

Feathertail needed to talk to kingdomstreak even though she was upset, she was never able to love again after what happened, so she needed to tell him her secret, and she wanted him to know.

Feathertail sat there with her tail wrapped neatly over her silver paws, she waited patiently for him to come. Feathertail licked a paw and drew it over her ear, she was still waiting for kingdomstreak to come she had some really important news she wanted him to know about, even thought he wouldn't care.

Kingdomstreak padded towards his old mate through the braken. His heart still raced at teh site of her but he pushed his old love down. "You wanted to speak to me Feathertail?" he asked, whispering.

"Kingdomstreak, starclan you scared me" she meowed as she backed up looking at the familiar face, made her heart sink with depression, but she held back her tears, "Kingdom, I'm going to have kits" she blurted out sitting as proud as she could holding her head tall and her gaze fixed on him, she knew his reaction but you know he already had a mate, and she was just old news, he woulsn't care, "I know we are finished with our old relationship, but I just wanted to let you know, so it wouldn't be a shock to you... I understand you and swallowtail are in a better relationship than what we had, but I still have some feeling for you, and wanted to inform that I will be having kits" she meowed, with a little sadness in her voice she was mentally crushed. She looked into his amber gaze and waited for his reply, a hard and cold one, she was ready.

Kingdomestreak gasped in shock. Him the one to make her pregnant! He couldnt hold the joy in any longer and he meowed with happiness. "Feathertail! Thats great!" he siad but soon put his head down in sadness knowing he couldnt be there to be their father. "You know Feathertail? I know someone who loves you more than me." he said thinking of his good friend Kujostream.

Feathertail looked shocked she thought he wouldn't claim to be their father, feathertail was happy to, but she knew that kingdomstreak was in love with swallowtail, "I know this is shocking and a great joy but will you see the kits when they are born?" mewed feathertail bending her head down to look into his gaze again, "Who loves me more? I have never heard such nosense from the cat I have loved ever since I lay eyes on him" she mewed into a whisper, she was happy he knew, she was excited for what kits she was having, she was upset that he wouldn't be there for her, "I really love you kingdom but I know you love swallowtail more than me" feathertail mewed with such sadness she felt her heart break again.

Kingdomestreak licked her cheek that was so close to his face.She was right, he did love Sparrowtial more than her but that wouldn't stop his affection. "I would be happy to see them when they come into the new world. But I promise you, Feathertail, that I will never be to far away to watch them and to help them. I will always be watching over their shoulder." Then he decided to tell her who his friend was, "His name is Kujostream. He does nothign but talk about you."

Feathertail purred, she felt the tiny tinge of happiness she felt when she first saw him, but she was sort of taken aback that he did love sparrowtail than her, she knew he would be there for them, but he wouldn't be there for her, feathertail felt hurt and sadness seep into her face, and heart once more, she felt tears stinging her eyes, she felt the coldness as they fell. "Who is he, I've never met him, how does he know me?" feathertail whispered, and sat back up and licked her tiny swollen stomach. Feathertail looked back at kingdomstreak, and then smiled, but the smile was fake, and unreal like she use to smile, "Why did you leave me kingdom?" she mewed, as she cried, her heart out, no wailing but tears, and sorrow seeping out of her.

Kingdomstreak watched her with a kind eyes. "He just came here but you always seem to not notice him. He speaks to you adn you walk off. It's actually kind of heart breaking."

"But it hurts when you love someone so much, you literally die, you don't see kingdom I will always love you, and I know I can't ever be with you, but I'm so slaughtered, that I cry myself to sleep outside the warriors den, I cry whenever I see you with swallowtail, I dream of you and I when we use to just be foolish and jump into the ice cold water, I miss you when your gone, I have never felt this empty, but I believe that you say better will come to me, but I will never love Kujostream as much as I love you" she finished laying down and burrying her face into her paws, she was broken again, his soft tone, his amber gaze, it never stopped, feathertail could never get use to him not being there for her, and feeling his warm breath on her face, when he got close to her, "What did I do to lose you kingdom, what did I do, I never wanted to leave you, I never wanted myself to be so miserable, I know your thinking starclan this she-cat wont look to the future, but I miss you, and thinking I'm having your kits because I loved you, because you where there and all I had, and now these kits are all I have left of you, but please don't tell anyone else, I don't want an angry she-cat clawing my tail off, because I'm having her mates kits" feathertail found his hard gaze, and felt as if she was a kit again.

Kingdomestreak didnt let himself become all teary eyed over Feathertail's explanation. Some many things she has never done and cat like her could never be his. He sighed and sat down placing his tail over his paws as he scratched at the Earth. He looked at Feathertial out of the corner of his eye and wanted to comfort her but he would betraying Sparrowtail. "Give Kujostream a chance, Feathertail, I know you will like him. If you talk to him people would think that you are having his kits. It's a problem that can be solved quickly. Please FEathertail give the warrior a chance!"

Feathertail gasped, and then nodded her head, "I shall but... you wouldn't understand, good night kingdom" she licked his cheek, and walked away but then stopped and turned back, "I love you kingdom, and I'm sorry for ever letting you down" she mewed now leaving him behind her, and turning her head once to see him sitting, she would give kujostream achance but her love would never match.

Kingdomestreak sat down. His heart shattered into pieces that could never be put together again. But Sparrowtail was there for him and one piece was put back into its place.
