"Because-" Sakura stopped. Why would Niche... Her eyes widened. Was Niche... in love with her? That must be it! She looked away, her eyes saddened. Why hadn't she thought of that? Greif came over her eyes as she looked at Niche.
"I'm... sorry" She mewed "I didn't know"

Niche scoffed. "Sure. Now, why don't you go find that clanner. I know you like him by the way your eyes sparkled. I'm leaving." He mewed. His jaw was stiff, and every part of him regretted meeting Sakura, regretted falling in love with her beautiful fur and eyes and personality. Now, he knew how his mom felt... At least on a lower level of impact.
"Don't let me interupt your life again, and you'll live happily ever after." He mewed before walking towards the forest, repeating the words in his mind.

Sakura felt like crying. She wanted to chase after Niche. Her eyes watered. She stood up. 'Run' she told herself 'Just run to him.' Sakura sighed. She started to run forward towards Niche.

A step, a tear, a sigh, a growl of inner hate, repeat. That's what Niche was doing, feeling, and cursing himself for ever falling in love. Why hadn't he fought himself? He knew it would all blow over in the end, and he'd be the one who'd lose all hope, all anything. Niche felt as if he was masochistic.

Sakura cut in front of Niche and faced him. Her eyes held sadness and greif.
"Niche" She mewed "I really am sorry. I didn't mean..." She stopped and looked Niche in the eye.

Niche just looked away. If he could tune out his father, and pretend he didn't exist, whyn o Sakura too? He tried, but she wouldn't go away, she was the first thing on his mind, no matter hwat he did.

Sakura sighed. She turned away, and walked off to who knows where. She felt tears stream down her face. Who was more important to her? Ashfur... or Niche? Sakura didn't move though, she laid down, and watched as the sun set, bringing darkness around her.
