Sunset lay down, on her side, as all five kits nursed, she purred a sweet humming song, she looked at the five, and smiled, but tears welpt up into her eyes, all these kits, four where her best friend's meer was so special to sunset, she was like yarrowkit, a delicate rose, with thorns and without, and sunset got to have her friends kits, to take care of, and steps soft would be with her, and so would turtle.

Drizzle loved her mother but sometimes she wondered. Sometimes she felt like someone was watching her. "Mom are you my real mother and who is my dad?" she asked.

Sunset knew this was going to come up, "....your real mother past away not to long ago, and she asked me to take care of you....and it hurts to think about it, cause you feel alot like yarrowkit to me..." she trailed off, and then took a deep breath, "Your real father is...badgerpaw..." she mewed silently.

"No your lying your my mother and Shadowstone is my father Badgerpaw can't have kits" screamed Drizzlekit. "He isnt allowed he is a med cat my mom would never break that rule never." She whimpered because she knew Sunset was telling the truth. "Are you going to have more kits?" asked Drizzle.

"I am baby...it's really hard for me to tell you this, but I really love you, and I think of you as my daughter" she mewed, and liked drizzle's head, and let little tears dripp down her cheeks.

Drizzle licked her moms ears. "I love you mom I wish you wouldn't cry" she meowed. "Who who was Goldenpaw?" she asked. ((Yarrowkit needs to tell her))

Sunset looked at sunset, "To night I believe someone will be here to tell you" she mewed, as slow tears came trickling down her face, "Oh little drizzle, I love you so much, your so special to me" she mewed, as she rubbed her cheeks with her adopted daughters.

"Ok mom" meowed Drizzlekit. She didn't know how much she knew about her true mother already.

Goldenpaw heard her daughter call Sunset mom and she felt as if a dagger had been plunged into her heart. "Yarrowkit it is time" she meowed.

The nursery fell so dark no one could see. stars began to appear, and a faded starry cat came down, she was a beautiful tabby she-cat, she walked slowly down from the sky, and met face to face with drizzlekit. "Drizzlekit, your mother is the golden sun, her name was goldenpaw, your mother was brave, and had many thoughts in her mind, she was in love with badgerpaw, your true father. You are her daughter, sunset was chosen by badgerpaw and your mother goldenpaw, to let sunset, my mother adopt you, and call you hers. Sunset loves you very much, and so does your true mother, who is in the silverpelt, always watching you" yarrowkit meowed, her voice rang out into the room, sunset had appearantly dissapeared, now drizzlekit and her where alone, yarrowkit's eyes where gleaming with light, her eyes gentle and steady on drizzlekit, "You look very much like goldenpaw...very much, and you will always hear great and powerful stories about your mother...soon you will meet up with a cat named frostfur, she will tell you stories, and many things about your mother" yarrowkit meowed, and slowly faded away leaving starry foot prints as she walked on top of a crystal dark clear lake.

A dark red she cat with stars in her pelt walked toward her daughter. "Hello Drizzlekit I am your mother Goldenpaw or the Golden Sun. You will also meet Lynxkit the daughter of Frostfur I hope that you two become good friends for you will need all the friends you can get" meowed Goldenpaw then she faded.

Drizzlekit stared at the she cat who was her mother but not really. "Hello Goldenpaw" she meowed. She couldn't call her mother at all. The only mother she had was Sunsset.

Sunset came back into the room amazed, her eyes wide open, and her eyes filled with stars, she stared as goldenpaw left the room, she looked at drizzlekit, and ran up to her, "Oh drizzlekit" she meowed, and licked her daughters head, with warm wrasps, and heart warming purrs.

"Mommy mommy" sobbed Drizzlekit. She was so confused.

[Morninglily]

Sunset purred, "It's okay drizzlekit, you will soon understand" she meowed, as she comforted her daughter, "You will soon understand" seh whisperd, wrapping her tail around her daughter securly, "It's okay drizzle" she mewed, and licked her kit many times, "Let's try to get this off your mind, how about we see if your brothers and sisters are awake?" she mewed, and walked slowly back to the warm nest.

Steps Soft lifted her head slightly but since she was still very young she only could tell that food was getting closer.

"Ok mommy" meowed Drizzlekit. "When will you have your kits I want more siblings. How willl you take care of us all?"

[Morninglily]

"Oh starclan will lead us in the best ways....I will having your siblings very soon, sometime around a week, or two" she meowed, and came back to the four kits mewling, "Steps soft, calm down" she mewed, as she got in postition and lay down on her sides as little steps soft, turtle, niche and fragment suckled hugrily.

Goldenpaw stared at her daughter and began to cry. Where ever her tears fell something changed. One landed on her daughters ears they changed dark red. She was very sad as she drifted up to Starclan while her tears fell.

Drizzlekit gasped in horror as her ears turned dark red. She couldn't see them but where another one of Goldenpaw's tears fell a puddle was and she could see herself. "What is happening mom?" she meowed.

[Morninglily]

Sunset was shocked, "There tears" she whispered looking up to see the ceiling of the nursery, 'Why are you crying goldenpaw?' she thought quesitioning.

"Have you ever wondered why she is Drizzlekit Sunset? It is because tears made her come to life" meowed a voice from above.

Drizzle sat down and sobbed. "Mommy mommy mommy" she screamed. She screamed over and over mommy mommy. She couldn't stop screaming. "Mommy!"

[Morninglily]

"It's okay drizzle, I'm here" she mewed pulling drizzlekit closer towards her, "I don't know why her name is drizzle" seh meowed back.

Drizzle sobbed onto her mothers coat. "Why did she leave mom why did she leave where is Badger I need to see Badger" she screamed hyserically.

[Morninglily]

Sunset looked at drizzlekit with big eyes, she got up, and licked meer's kits, she walked out of the nursery, her eyes huge filled with tears, "C-c-come on, let's go s-see b-badgerpaw" she mewed, waiting for her daughter to follow.

[Foxfur]

"Ok" meowed Drizzlekit.

[Morninglily]

Sunset looked at drizzlekit, she gave a small smile, "Your mother became weak" she mewed softly, and quietly, she knew how her mother died, she knew alot.

Drizzle's ears twitched to show she acknowlaged what Sunset had said. She lay down on a bed of moss. Soft sobs racked her body and tears caught in her fur. She cried and cried.
