Sunset cried, her tears dripped down her face, she was grineding her teeth, and trying to hold back a yowl. Sunset lay there on the ground breathing hard, as she tried to give shadowstone a sweet lovly smile, but the pain was unbarrable.

Shadowstone had gathered some big leaves and put them where the kits would end up.

Sunset let out a painful gasp, as she tried to push, she felt as if she was about to pass out, giving birth was unpleasant, and uncontrolably painful, she let out another gasp as she tried to think of happy thoughts.

Sunset looked up to see drizzlekit, "H-honey, your b-b-brothers and si-sters, are co-coming" she gasped, as she finished, soon sunset felt small relief in her kitting, but another pain hit her.

Sunset let out a whail, she let out another cry after that, the pain felt like fire burning through her, she dug her claws into the ground, and clenched her teeth, sunset dug at the ground, and felt relief come, there, was a small dark silver tabby, wiggling. Sunset raised up and licked the tiny kit, she licked him until he started to mew, she purred, and nudged him to her stomach. Another unbearable pain struck her again, she let out a hiss.

sunset let out a weak purr, she smiled at shadowstone and clenched her teeth, as another pain grasp at her sides, susnet let out another high pitched whail, she felt her body shake, and her head go dizzy, she looked around, trying to hold on, she kicked her back legs. Susnet felt another small body right behind her, it was a brownish/black and white kit, the she-kit was very small, and was already breathing quiet well without her licking her for warmth, but licked the kit anyway. Sunset pushed the kit to her stomach.

Sunet squealed as another kit was coming, there lying htere without any effort, was a boney,brown tom, the motionless body, made sunset wail, tears coming into her eyes, she began to like the lifeless kit, she nudged it, and licekd it. She felt the bones of the kits ribs as she nudged the kits, tears fell down her cheeks, her face pale, and dull, her eyes filled with sorrow, "Shadowstone, he's dead" she whispered.

Drizzlekit had purred when the firsts were born. Then when the third kit was born she had began to cry. She looked at her mom and began to lick her forehead.
"Mom what are their names?" she asked.
Steps Soft walked over to the small kits. "Mom who are they?" she asked.

Shadowstone felt hot tears run down his muzzle.He put his face into Sunset's fur and grieved for the lost kit.

gingerkit walked into shadowstone to see him crying.gingerkit wondered why was he crying and saw the dead kit and suddenly felt sad and she felt her pelt get wet a little from shadowstone's tears.
