Hope waking

[Thorn & Co. (Night)]

The little kit yawned, her maw opening wide to show her gleaming white teeth. She shooker head to clear out the sleep and looked around the den. Where was everybody? She probably slept in again; she did that often. It was hard not to, what with the comfortable bedding and quiet den.

The she-kit noticed that even her siblings, Luckykit and Faith, were gone. "HEy guys!" she called out. "Where are you? Faith?" Faith was her best friend; they did everything together.

[glow=green,2,300]Faith stiffened from sunning in the middle of camp as she heard her name being called by a familiar voice... hr sister, Hope. Hope usually slept in... what happened usually was that Luckykit, the runt got up first, next comes Faith, who sat around, and nagged at her brother, along with visiting with her new friend Blaze... than camp the practical twin to Faith... Hope.

"What's ya doin', Hope? Decide to sleep in a little bit... again!!" Her amber and white tail flicked as she spoke, her amber face twiched with humor as after her sentence. She walked over to her sister, the small kit's sea blue orbs sparkled in the full blast of sun that robbed the rogue camp's shadows.[/glow]

[glow=black,2,300]Luckykit watched hesitantly from a tree near to the nursery. He sniffed and watched the snow dance before his eyes. He usually got up early to hide from Faith.
"Mewr, hrrrip!" he mewed, trying to say Hopes name. He hated not being able to talk yet. But he was making progress. He sharpened his tiny silver claws on the tall tree. His claws stuck into the bark and he yelped with surprise. Taring free he padded over to his sisters. He blinked his sparkling amber eyes as the bright yellow sun began to shine at him
"Mrrreeeeaaawww!" he cried as the powerful rays stung his sensitive eyes. He turned and raced into the shadows that hung below the trees like large bats.
I wish some one would play with me!
He turned again and braved the sun to face his sisters again[/glow]

Hope rolled her eyes. "Oh, please!" she said to Faith. She stood and flicked her tail. "You need to work on your insults, too," she added as she stepped past her. Her sister was teh meanest of the three--she always had a comeback or an insult, even for their parents.

The kit walked up to Luckykit and smiled. "heya, Lucky," she mewed. She was nicer to him than Faith was; she was mean to everybody.
