Meer heard, or should i say saw nothing. But she responded violently.

"Skull, how about you kill men ow and save me from suffering? Everythuing is temproary anyway" Her voice sounded as if it were a crow's caw.

[glow=black,2,300]Skull stood calmly. He swished his tail slowly, crackling. He stared down at her. He yawned again and nodded.

" I know a place to get one, but you would have to be fit for it,"[/glow]

Meer saw this time. "What-? Get what?"

Splinter stared at Skull. "How do you get a new paw?" he asked. He stared in dismay at his paw. He felt horrible Meer was in so much pain. "Please Meer think of the kits" he whispered. ((Gah writers block))

[Nightfur and Co.]

((Um...yeah, Midnight's still here! Skull hasn't accepted her yet!))

[glow=black,2,300]Skull pricked his ears as he remembered Midnight. He sighed and turned to look upon the little loner. He blinked a couple of times and nodded.

" Midnight, you can join, if you want. And Sorrow will be your mentor."
He nodded down to the cat to see if she would approve of her mentor.[/glow]

Meer stood up in vain. To her dismay, she toppled back down form an inbalance.
"I hate living" She mewed. A cloud of melancholy drifted around the area.

[glow=black,2,300]Skull stared down in shoak. He shoke his head in worry, flipping thoughyts through his mind. Why was Meer acting like this? He shivered again and leaped down from the rock.

" Meer! What is wrong!"

He looked down in confusion at the deprest cat. He shoke his head and swipped his tongue over his frosted lips. The air hung whith stale cold air. He glared at the shimmering sky, as it seemed to enjoy the gloomy feelings. Skull turned his attenion back to Meer and frowned in worry.[/glow]

[Thorn & Co. (Night)]

Midnight beamed with delight. Skull accepted her! She wanted to start training straight away with Sorrow. And they had such strange names...maybe she should change hers, too, to make it seem like she's more fierce than she was? Maybe it would make cats scared of her...she didn't want that...All she wanted was friends.

[Sorrowheart]

[glow=red,2,300]Sorrow gave a slight smile, she raised her head, and heaved herself up wards, she nodded her head towards midnight, and looked at skull, and gave him a small nodd.[/glow]

Meer looked towards Skull, admiration in her eye. "SKull, everything I have ever cared for has left me, and it's all my fault. Everything will die and yet I remain living in this..this shell of what I could have been, and now I am going to lose the one cat I care so much about. I'm just so afraid that if I don't die now, I'll have to live until I'm all alone" She said in such a depression.

[Nightfur and Co.]

Midnight walked over to Meer, brushing aginst her. "It's alright, Meer," she mewed. She was worried about her adopted mother, and what she was saying. "You already said you'd take care of me; I'll love you, like I do my momma."

Meer nodded. She didn't want to leave the things she cared about, but she didn't wanat them to leave her either. "Of course..." She said, false strength in her voice.
