Broken bone

[glow=black,2,300]Bone flew out, landing on her back, her eyes wide, and her mouth open with shock, she tried to scoot away, her eyes huge with fear her heart pounding, what was happening? Bone hurried, trying to get away, her cheek bleeding from a blow of sharp claws, she got to her paws, and looked back, and ran, her paws dragging, one of her claws was broken, and it was bleeding, she ran and ran, her tears burning her eyes.

Bone feel in a grassy area, tears flowing now, her breath was fast, and uneasy, she let out sniffles, and moans, she burried her face into the grass, frost stilled covered it, her pain was unbelievable, how was she going to tell her mother.[/glow]

Sakura had been walking along when she heard a kit. Her one good eye scanned the horizon. She saw a tiny limp shape nearby.
"What happened?" She mewed gently to the kit.

Bone looked up, she saw a cat standing over head, she ducked, she was now around 8 moons old, she thought that the cat that was standing over her was going to hit her, she then realized that the catw as wondering if she was okay, and she gave an uneasy smile, she nodded and then felt a sharp pain in her side she gave a mrrow of pain and lay her head down to where she felt less dizy, "Please....go get me some mint...please" she begged as she lay there one eye open and the other closed.

Sakura nodded and raced off to find the mint. Where would it be? The she-cat found it and raced back to the cat.

"Here" She mewed dropping it. What happened ot this cat?

"What happened?" She mewed.

bone looked up at sakura, "I feel in love, and got beat up for it" she mewed out of breath, "he's a warrior...a bloodclan warrior" she mewed.

"Who did this to you? Did he do it?" Sakura mewed. Poor cat, being harmed for loving someone. This wasn't fair!

Bone looked at her with fear, her mouth quivered, her eyes filled up with tears, she burried her face into her paws, and cried, her body was shaking and her scratches bleeding, she looked up, face all wet with tears, "Jaggedtooth" her eyes got teared up again, she cried more, now looking like a little kit again, her tail tucked underneath her, and her big blue eys filled with horrified tears, "he took some other warriors with him...and, and, and....I was hit in Shadowclan" she murmured, now crying again, and whimpering.

"Its ok" Sakura murmured comfortingly. If Sakura could, she would go attack Jaggedtooth, but she had no idea what he looked like. She looked at Bone. Bone looked pretty young, about eight moons she would say. Not knowing what to say she mewed "Should I get some cobwebs for teh cuts?"

Niche somewhat scented the air. He may have been disabled in his nose, but he could still somewhat smell things. Some of them were stronger than others, like what he was picking up now. Blood! His mind cried, his thoughts the only things he could hear. Paw after paw, even with his three legs, he gathered alot of speed until he landed in a clearing with two cats in it. One, a rougue, the other, Bone.
"Bone! Are you okay?" He half growled, rushing to her side, fear creeping along the edge of his side. What if she died? What had happened? How had this happened?

Sakura jumped at the voice. Her pelt bristled slightly. The cat payed her no mind though, which relieved her.
"Who are you?" Sakura mewed. Not waiting for an answer she raced off. Her paws seemed to be in control. She grabbed cobwebs and came back. She gently placed them on the wounds.
"Sorry" She mewed "Now I ask again, who are you?"

Niche barely glanced at Sakura before pawing at Bone, feeling for and lacerations, or internal wounds that couldn't be seen, but felt. Niche then rested his cheek on her stomach. No internal bleeding, no punctures... Just bruises and maybe a few fractures. He thought to himself, proud of his medical knowledge.

"Oh, um, Niche" He said, finally answering the question.

Sakura nodded. What was Niche doing? He must have been checking Bone over. Sakura was slightly amazed that the young cat knew what to do. She turned her attention back to Bone. Well, Niche obviously knew Bone, so Sakura sat down to watch.

Miche sighed deeply. What had Bone been saying? Curiosity nawed at him, dared him to ask, but he clamped his mouth shut and resisted all impulses. His mind wandered, however. Was she talking about me? Does she like me? Or does she hate me like everyone else does? Then he took real notice to the pretty she cat beside him. He couldn't help it, he was at the age where every she cat looked pretty. "Hey there" He smiled. Of course, he hated himself for that, but he just couldn't help it! Niche did that to everybody it was just who he was.

"Er... hi" Sakura mewed. She looked at the tom. She felt slightly nervous. Why was he looking at her like that?

"So..." Sakura mewed "So you know what wounds she has?" She would be pretty amazed if he did. Sakura only knew that cobwebs worked to cover wounds. That was about it...

[Meerful]

Niche tried to gain more composure and poise, before ansering. "Well, really, nothing too serious, a few fractures, some scrapes, but nothing internal, her blood pulse is fine, heart beat regular, and she's breathing normally, so nothing too bad, just some minor injuries. She can walk em' out." He mewed, winking at the cat with his missing eye. He couldn't afford to blink his good one, how stupid would that be?

"Good" Sakura purred. She felt less worried now. She just felt shock. How did he know that? Shaking the thought she licked her paw and brought it over her face to wash up.
"I can go hunt for some prey, if that will help" Sakura mewed.

Niche shrugged, then stepped closer. "Want me to come too?" He asked in his melodic voice. Of course, he had no intentions of not coming, whether she agreed or not. Licking his mouth, he sat down beside her.

//Who's Ashfur? Oh, um, Niche is a very flirtatious cat, he likes Bone, Sakura, Desertheart, and someone else... But I dunno who he'll end up with!//

"Well, shouldn't one of us stay with Bone?" Sakura mewed. She looked back at Bone, then Niche.

Niche shook his head. "Why? She can tough it out, so let's go. We'll be back Bone" He whispered, leanign down to her ear. Then he ran off.
