Rouge Ceremony

[Silentclaw]

The moon was shining brightly in the sky when Silentclaw leapt onto the stone that overlooked the rouges camp. He looked around the camp for a moment, taking in every detail and committing it to memory before he spoke. "All rouges come and gather for a meeting." Silentclaw's voice echoed across the clearing. He waited for a moment as the rouges gathered before continuing. "I have called you here to recognize Moth as the warrior rouge she has become. Through training with Savannahheart she has mastered her abilities in hunting and fighting. She has proven her worth many times, and it is time we gave her a name and rank that matched her skills. From this day forth she will be known as Blaze for her fury and her tenacity." Silentclaw leapt down lightly from the stone and stood before Moth. "Do you accept this name, and pledge to protect the rouges with your life?"

(If you have an objection to the name, tell me and I'll cange it.)

[Savannah&Faith]

[glow=orange,2,300]Savannahheart glanced at the warrior. She was named Blaze. Blaze was a great name, and Savannahheart could have never come up with it. She was waiting to cheer with approval as her own unqualified apprentice got her name, and was asked the question all rogue warriors were asked 'Will you protect to rogues with you life, and soul?' Moth was gareeteed to say yes, but Savannahheart decided to save herself the emmbarrestment and wait until she agreed with the axspectations that Moth had to acheive in order to be made a offical rogue warrior.[/glow]

[Nightfur and Co.]

[glow=red,2,300]Thorn sat beside his mate, looking up at Silentclaw with unfeeling eyes. Thistle was still sulking--he called it that, since she was still mad--in the den, and as far as he knew, Talon was still trying to talk to her. The way the rogues did their ceremonies wasn't any different from the Clans---they just got even stranger names. Blaze...it was right for Moth. She had a wild streak that was fun to watch when you weren't the target.[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]Luckykit watched from the nursery door, intrigued. Was it like this all the time? Would he get a cool name like Blaze when he grew up? He squeaked in awe, and the sound seemed to form the word, "Yes!" He wanted it, so much. But what if Faith or Hope got cooler names than he did? He would think about that later.[/glow]

[Thief]

Thief sat and watched the ceromony a good ways towards the back of the crowd. Good name, she couldn't help thinking, sounds like something shiney. Hope she likes it. Although Thief had never met Moth, she could still be happy for her.

[glow=black,2,300]The she-cat looked up. Blaze... Blaze... Blaze. Moth as old, Blaze at new. Blaze... She repeated her new name in her mind many of times before she actully gathered enough nerve to speak up to Silentclaw, "I accept, and I shall protect the rogues with my life, soul, and everythng else I have to offer to all." Her words were strong, fierce, and selfness. She meant what she said. "Blaze..." Her voice was soft so Silentclaw wouldn't hear that she was to excited about her new name.[/glow]

[Silentclaw]

"Than stand tall and be recognized as the warrior rouge you are." Silentclaw said. He was pleased to see how the rest of the rouges reacted to the name he'd given Moth, but he didn't let it show. "We are honored to have you among our ranks at last, Blaze..." He trailed off, and looked at Savannahheart. As Blaze's mentor, she would lead the cheering of Blaze's new name.

[Savannah&Faith]

[glow=navy,2,300]As Savannahheart received a sharp and small glance from Silentclaw, she knew exactly what she would have to do. Even though she didn't officially train Moth, or as her new name, Blaze, she still had the honor of her shouting, of Blaze's new name. "Blaze, Blaze, BLAZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She began her chanting to the new, her old apprentice, the new warrior. She was proud, "Blaze!" She contuined and waited for others to join in on her moments of pride.[/glow]

[Burningwing]

[glow=black,2,300]Luckykit took a step from the nursery. He felt as if it would be centurys before he got his name. A deep grunt escaped his small mouth. He wanted to be out there to!
"Briiiiiimew" he cried out, like he was cheering Blaze to."Briiiiiiimew!"
The cold winter wind blew harshly scattering the milky white snow across the ground. One wind buffeted Luckykit harshly, flinging him into the snow piles.
Luckykit squeaked in suprise. He shook off the snow and scampered back to the nursery quickly, the hard winds trailed behind him. Once back at the entrance, he whipped around and sat just on the inside and watched.[/glow]

[Ragged & Others]

The silver colored she-cat laughed at herself as she watched Luckykit make a fool out of him self. It was funny to see him try to say Blaze, but fail... twice! And not that that was embarresing enough he got himself blown into snow piles! He was hilarious. As he came back into the nursrey, a baffled look across his face, Silver just laughed like there was no tomorrow, her sweet voice filled the air. War and Silver made eye contact, War's sharp green eyes came to her in a narrow anger, telling her delicate green eyes to cool down and stop laughing. Of course she obeyed, for she knew her older brother could take her down if they got into a fight. Drowing, the laughter faded into a smirk at the white colored kit.

After the copper colored cat sent the message over to his sister with harsh clues, he stepped out of the warm nursrey, and went to sit close to Blaze.'Congratulations, Blaze.' He mewed sweetly to her, his voice gave off a deep sound. His narrow green eyes then closed as he bowed to the older and more experienced rogue warrior as he went to sit down and started chanting with his booming voice that filled the clearing with deep shouts, 'Blaze, Blaze, Blaze!' He then waited for his Silver, his close sister, and best friend to join him out in the clearing so she could also give her congraulations to the new warrior, as the War, the tom kit had just done himself.
