Well, this isn't really an advertisement, but I need help with a forum I created. Since I've never made a site before, I'm kindof confused and I need someone else to help with it.

I need a designer to do the skin and background and everything such as that (cuz i'm horrible at it=))

And I also need another admin who had experiance at making sites and can help me with the rules, and all of those sort of things.

Anybody interested?

I really need help with the skin and rules and bio form and such, well pretty much everything xD. But I'm mostly not sure what to do with the rules and what the stuff on the skin means and all that stuff.
