I'm not going to post a huge post or anything, but I would like to know...
A lot of the admins are inactive, and I think that may be one of the reasons the site isn't growing. New members are joining and posting bios, but with no one to accept them, the new members just leave. Also, current members may have made new bios which haven't been accepted for quite awhile. I was abit frustrated that my bio isn't accepted and I posted it a few weeks ago.
I think, perhaps, until more of the admins come back, more active members should be able to accept bios, it would be useful and might attract more activity to our site if people see that the bios are actually being accepted. I would also like to state while I'm on the matter, that many apprentices aren't being made warriors, and kits not being made apprentices. Ravenkit, whom I made two years ago, hasn't even been made an apprentice yet. i know that the leaders are currently inactive, and maybe also until the real leaders get back, some people should be named to be able to do the apprentice and warrior ceremonies?
In conclusion, I think perhaps some people should be given the power to accept bios and do ceremonies.
