[glow=red,2,300]Dragonstar lay stretched out in his den, his eyes half closed. He got up slowly, stretched and yawned loudly his teeth showing within his mouth. He padded toward the entrance of the den and surveyed the clearing. He could see the apprentices playing outside their den, a few warriors sunning themselves in the clearing and a hunting party returning silver fish shinning in their jaws. There was no sign of his deputy Angelfur, Why is she never around when I need her? He thought crossly. We need to talk about the apprentices progress, but how can I when she is never around? With a sigh he sat down in the entrance to his den and kept an eye open to look for Angelfur's return.[/glow]

Angelfur padded into the clearing, the sun glistening off her drying fur. Glancing around, she noticed Dragonstars tail slightly showing from his den. Probably been looking for me again she thought to herself.

As Dragonstar saw Angelfur emerge in the clearing, he jumped to his feet and glared at her, hoping to catch her attention. I wonder if other leaders have this problem with their deputies?He thought, his temper appeared to be getting shorter all the time. "Oh well." He muttered with a sigh, "Maybe she will get better in time, I hope so."[/glow]
