.so get the choir boys around you.
.it's a compliment, I swear.
.and I said, ashes to ashes, we all fall down.
.i wanna hear you sing the praise.
.i said, ashes to ashes, we all fall down.
.we got innocence for days.

A silver hued she-cat moved with light, graceful steps. Her motion was like that of a deer, it's touch so soft yet it's swiftness was awe inspiring. Her smooth pelt winded through the small rabbit trails of the clan's terra and she flicked lovely eyes towards the sky. Her opticals blinked once, twice, a third time. What was this? She scanned the grass that was being buffeted savagely in the wind and saw it again. A tail. It's occasionally flicked up over the grass but soon slid down again. She pricked her ears forward first with curiosity but that quickly ripped into pure fear when the scent hit her nose. Rainshowers' fur rose involuntarily on her lithe back and her ears folded back. This was no loner. It was dog. Her long limbs now felt like anchored ships and she couldn't move - frozen by fear.
Then it was too late. The fae heard it's howls of triumph on finding a helpless victim to rip apart and tear through. it's fowl breath was worse than that of a scavenging creature and it ripped through her body. Rainshowers than saw it's scrawny body but it was ripped with muscles. The very sinew and flesh of it was bones and muscle it seemed. Her fear was broken like a shattered glas now and she used long limbs like lightning and like a flash was gone from her past spot. Not quick enough though. The canine's fang's pulled out and into her shoulder with almost the same swiftness as her own body. Red stained the ground and her silvery pelt. The femme let out a yowl of terror at the sight before rushing away. Her eyes were wide as the full moon, filled with boiling fear. Where was Windclan?
