[glow=black,2,300]Dark twisted his small head to the south of the barn. He needed to stay hidden, until the time was right. Dark needed to stay hidden. He couldn't keep his name. Dark would have to change his name. He thought. He needed a name that would contain the small tom's inderpendence, intteligence, and cruelty. He needed a name that would represent everything Dark was about. He needed a new name for now. Some of his thoughts gathered themselves in his brain and he began to think hard. Atlast, a name. A name came to his mind. "Badger." It sounded perfect. He would know himself as Dark, the fierce leader, and every one else would know him Badger, the cat who happened to come upon hard raging cruelty. It was a good name to him.
Dark then came across another problem. Silverstar and her kits. He had heard the old and dying leader name that she had a kit in each clan. He needed to toture and terminate each and every one of them. He really didn't know how though. He would have to gather spies. Spies, one in each clan. RiverClan and ThunderClan and ShadowClan. He was not to sure about WindClan though, she said one in each clan, and she also mumbled something about the legendary Fallenstar going to kill them. So he assumed that no kit of Silverstar's would be in WindClan.
Dark paced as he thought all of this over. He did need followers, he needed to gain control. He needed cats to look up to him enough to betray there own clans. Dark thought, and the longing for his eyes red betrayed te brown, and they turned blood red. Dark was back, but only for minutes, short minutes, for at any moment, another clan cat could come disturb Dark, and Dark needed the brown- eyed Badger, not red- eyed Dark. The black cat contuiuned pacing the warm barn. His orbs traveled around the barn. He knew what he had to do.
Dark left the warm barn, becoming Badger, brown- eyed badger. Dark walked out of the cozy barn into the cold and frost-bitten night that contained his answers.[/glow]
