Dark shadows creeped over the land of the loners. Each blade of grass seemed darker then normal, turning black from the shadows of night, The wind sung it awful song and hate and lonleiness, a feeling the loners knew to well. The wind slitherd across the backbone of the loners land, hissing at every soul that dared cross it terrable wrath.

Shard's clouded amber eyes shone like the moon as she made her way threw the lands of the loners. Each step she took was silent and slow. Her tail trailed behind her, brushing agents the gound ground. Her black pelt seemed to blend in with everythign around her, then wind sweaped over her. Its tingling wrath spreading threw her body. Shard closed her eyes and let the winds blow agents her pelt as she waited for Gracie.

Meer paded overto Shard, her eye gleaming with stoicness. Her fur was smooth against her skin, which was unusual. She rarely groomed herself, but something made her feel she should start... Maybe it was her growing attraction to Skull... Meer quickly cleared her throat and began to think of other things...

"Shard! Hey. I hear we have a new recruit?" Meer mewed pleasantly, sitting next to the blind black she--cat. Meer was only at her peak of happines when he two best friends were near her. For her, friends and love meant everything. //sorry so short//

Graice followed, she kept pace with Shard. She stopped as Shard stopped. She looked around at the dark ground, but the moon shone in the sky, shinning like fire in her eyes.

Shard nodded towerds Meer, "Yes- this is Gracie. A kittypet" she said softly.

Graice looked at Meer, she bowed her head in greeting to the loner.
